The folks working at Irving Street Tapas were lovely, the food however was meh. The steak chimichuri was delicious. The calamari was dry and extra chewy, but the sauce good. The poke, which my daughter loves generally, was such poor quality fish it had tough unchewable layers of fiber. I’ve never experienced this- I spent half the meal trying to cut the fish so she could eat it. The humus was ok, but grainy. Nothing like MEC. The ariancini were just mushy without flavor, though we did pick vegetarian.

Our last experience was better so wondering if there was a change with the chef? Still very good but not spectacular like last time. Also, the trash under the stairs needs to be cleaned up

The staff was awesome and the food was delicious - we will be back FOR SURE!!!!

Excellent cocktails at great prices. Wonderful setting, and staff that truly goes above and beyond...which is harder and harder to find these days! Food was a bit hit and miss, I think they are still finding their groove with some of the dishes, but still a good value for the price.

Staff and service were top notch. Sadly, the food fell flat. Definitely some interesting and creative dishes, but their overall flavor was severely lacking.

Our waitress Lauren or Laura was absolutely fabulous. She had knowledge about the menu and made sure we were all good. Open Table has the hours of operation wrong so we made reservations for 4 on open table but they didnt open until 5. She still opened the doors for us sat us and treated us very well. I would go back again if she could be our waitress again. Absolutely amazing.

We ordered pork belly, hummus, Indian bread, and the brownie dessert. All was very good! Service was also high quality.

The food was generally poorly prepared, the flavors were off and the portions were small. Substantially disappointing. I have eaten there before and was not impressed, I was giving them another chance, won't make that mistake again.

The food was terrible. The “burrata stack” was mozzarella, not burrata. No spices. Dry. The salmon cakes were very fishy, overly breaded. The pork was over cooked. Every dish was so bad. :(

Great food, friendly staff, nice ambiance. We will be regulars at this restaurant
