We ordered the chicken strips. They were delicious ?. The macaroni and cheese was cheesey good. The waitress was nice. We were there on a Saturday afternoon.I felt sorry for the waitress because the table across from us was screaming on how to get a free meal. Then they complained and said they ordered something different which wasn't true.I took a Star off because of the broccoli. It had no flavor and was hard.
This is the second time I've had poor service at this IHOP and the last time I will go to this one. I made it in after the morning rush, we sat without water or coffee it came 5 minutes before the cold food, I had to ask for my food to be warmed back up the butter on all the pancakes wouldn't melt they where that cold. To top it off I asked for my check it was given to me so I went to the counter to pay for my food and the ladies behind the register looked at me and continued to talk like I wasn't there, after 5 plus minutes I was told my server had to take my check so go sit down and she will take it from the table at this time I was I was so upset I said if someone doesn't take my money I'm walking out, after searching for my server she finally showed up I felt like I was being held hostage poor service I will never eat at this one again....
We stopped here for brunch...The parking lot was not full but we were told there was a 10 minute wait. We were then informed that we could not wait in the restaurant but "had to return to our car." That seemed rather excessive especially because the mask restrictions had completely been lifted.We went to the car which we had parked out back. We had no longer gotten into the car when the text came in saying our table was ready. It was a great surprise but wasted our time walking back and forth.Once we got back inside, there was no one there to seat us... so we waited.We were seated right by the door, a booth that was vacant when we came in the first time.It took some time for the waitress to come by and greet us. That was ok because we were still deciding. She came back and we still hadn't decided so we asked for a few more minutes. We decided an waited another 10 minutes before going to the register and asking them to please let our waitress know that we were ready. It was another 5-10 minutes before she came back.She was friendly and polite.We ordered 3 meals. 1 burger (nothing on it except ketchup) and fries, an omelet, and a waffle combo.The food came fairly quickly.There was a problem with the burger, evidently it was ordered incorrectly and it had cheese on it so they re-made it which did take too long.Everything else was cooked to perfection and tasted great! The burger once correctly made was also good.The waitress never came back once we finished to give us our bill. I wound up just going up to the register to pay.When I paid , I felt like I had just had an appointment at a fertility clinic. The total was $46 for 3 people with tip. I've never paid that much for eggs in my life... thus the feeling of the fertility clinic.The food was good, the price for what we got was in my opinion, way out of line for the service we got.... it probably would have been even with great service which wasn't provided.I would find it difficult to recommend this place, though the food was good.
Food is good, nothing special but definitely edible and tasty. Packaging is fantastic. I always order a side of hash browns because what they give with breakfast is a very very small portion. Multiple breakfast orders and always tiny portion of hash browns. If my food came with normal portion of hash browns I would give more stars but this is consistent issue. The hash browns should be portion size in accordance with what is ordered. Omelette+hash browns, but you get an omelette with maybe 2 bites of hash browns it's ridiculous. Like I said multiple orders and always an issue.
Don't bother. I ordered steak tips medium well with mashed potatoes and corn. I got some kind of chopped up steak that wasn't "tips" and it was dry and well done with old mashed crusty potatoes and broccoli. It also comes with a side of pancakes. I also ordered the 55+ French toast and a drink. There were no utensils for either meal and no butter or syrup for the French toast or pancakes. Being that I was at work and this was a delivery to my office, it's not like I could just go grab some utensils, butter, and syrup somewhere or send it back for being wrong. The IHOP that I grab to-go or get delivery from in Vancouver always includes syrup, butter, and utensils and has much better food. It isn't a special request and not even an option in the app to request
Cali turkey sandwich was excellent. Toast toasted perfectly. Cheese melted just right,, not running from the sandwich and avocado sliced at the correct size.. Waitress was very attentive. Food came fast and hot. Onion rings crunchy without being greasy.

We came here for breakfast for dinner. The lady seating us/doing the line let us know they were short staffed and the waiter was new. It was nice that she said this before we sat down. We weren't in a hurry so decided to stay. For a new waiter he was awesome! It took no time, he was on top of our service and the food was delicious.
It was amazing. There was this black dude in kitchen singing full of joy and love and transferred that same energy into the food, it was absolutely delicious. Then there was a white lady at the front counter that eas absolutely amazing as well. She was very thorough, patient, kind, and had a very uplifting spirit as well. When I come back I pray these two are working together again, what a wonderful experience. I came into the restaurant feeling ok, but I left out feeling fabulous. My orders are always wrong!!! Every time I order something from this IHOP no joke this time I got craps with no cream no strawberries and my eggs that were supposed to be sunny side up were all over aside from it being cold! Don’t bother, you just going to be mad afterwards.
