Ridiculously uncooperative for delivery drivers. It’s 6 pastries in a box, shouldn’t be so hard to grab from dismissive disorganized staff. 15 minute wait for an order that was ready when i walked in.Consider not accepting app delivery orders in the future? Save you staff and drivers the headache.
Small business hidden behind street seating. The baked goods look beautiful and tasted delicious. Coffee was first rate. Staff were friendly and helpful. A bit simple on decor allowing for people to add color and personality.
WOW. Savory and sweet options abound. An excellent stop on a morning walk or errand. This goodness has caught on with the locals, so longer lines may give way to slightly longer wait to get your food. So unless you're in a serious rush, it's worth any wait.

Stopped in to grab a quick bite on my way to the airport. I had about half an hour to spare, figured that would be plenty. I was so wrong! It took them the 25 minutes to make a salad and breakfast sandwich. They forgot to include utensils and napkins and took forever to bag up my food and give it to me. While I was waiting, I also saw them mess up 3 orders. Don’t think I’d go back, to be honest.
Today was a sad day. Upon arriving at the bakery, I saw a notice that they will be requiring proof of vaccination starting Jan. 1st in order to sit inside. I will no longer be supporting this business for their discriminatory policies.

I work up the street and go here quite regularly. Everything from breakfast to lunch to pastries and beverages has always been excellent. Hungry Heart is fabulous and the staff is very friendly.
I want their pastries all the time. Seriously. Love the everything bialy too.
I have been eating here for years their original and current location. I love them.
