Good burger. Crispy fries. I don't like their sauce (very mustard based), but you can order anything added or subtracted. Friendly cashier (owner?). Like that you can sit inside Human Bean if it's rainy or too hot

Did you want a burger with fries, because that's what you're going to get here. They don't play around with crazy combinations or different twists on a burger because they don't need to. Simply put, this is the place to stop when you want a great burger. This is the place that reminds you a great burger can be straightforward and impress on the merit of how it's cooked, how it's put together, and if the person making the food cares about the person eating it. This is "just" a food truck, but the effort and intention that goes into every order is evident in a way you don't get from lots of other places.Do yourself a favor the next time you want a good burger and hit this spot up, you won't regret the decision - unless you only get one patty.
It was really good the one time I had it…the only thing I have to say is I’ve gone out there 2 other times before for lunch during when both the website and google said it was open and it was closed both times.I understand that food trucks change hours and stuff but I also run a business and it only takes a minute to update/change the hours on Google and I always want to be considerate of the time of my customers.I probably won’t be back because I don’t want to go out there to find it closed but I’ll be totally fair in saying it’s a great burger if you do swing by when it’s open, nice employees too.
The name says it all! This place makes some really really good burgers. The meat is fresh and full of flavor. I ordered the 3x3 meal because I was just in that mood. They also have a 4x4, which I may have to try next time. Their fries are also pretty crispy and tasty. I recommend just eating at the spot to get the full effect of the burger. This burger is among the best in town.
My boyfriend discovered these guys on instagram, so today we decided to travel the 30 minutes from Cedar Hills and try them out. These may be the best burgers we've ever had. Forget about Killer Burger, Shake Shack, or In n Out, they aint got nothing on these bad boys. The burgers were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Just a simple well-made cheeseburger. The fries were crispy and tasty. All for a great price! We left there wanting more and believe we will be there anytime we want burgers.
I would give them a 10/10 of I could! Absolutely amazing burgers, lovely people, and good prices. Try the fry sauce. It's just the right amount of spice. There's a lot of good food in Portland but Hit the Spot is the place for burgers.
