Last week we ordered take out on the website and provided a tip on their online website. I let the waitress know we provided a tip and I was advised that the owners don't give the tips to the staff and keep it for themselves. The staff deserve their tips. They are already underpaid for their dedication and hard work. What makes that ok for the owner to do that! So if you get food from there make sure you take some cash to give the tip to the staff who deserve it not the owners.
Can I just say wow!!! Excellent Food. My kids and I just found this Amazing jem!!!Alyissa is one of the MOST PROFESSIONAL BAR TENDERS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!. A woman from off of the street came in very disgruntled cussing and yelling at not only Alyssa but the other customers in the restaurant as well. Alyssa Diescalated the situation very quickly and very professionally professionally. By the end of it she gave the woman a hug and escorted her outside. After that she confronted the entire restaurant in apologize on behalf of this crazy crazy woman.Aside from this situation we will be returning the food is amazing the price is right and it's a great location
I really cant express how amazing and professional the service is, I have never met a server like katy who just keeps the room alive and fills it with joy almost every interaction. The extraordinary service is the main reason you could find me here every single day. Letsss also not forget about the bartender alyssa, her drinks are amazing and the presentation is just phenomenal. Has a cute baby that we love hearing stories about. 20/10.
I went to heroes today for lunch, I figured since it's Friday I'll have the fish and chips. They offer a two-piece or three piece so I said I'll have the two pieces with fries. It cost $12 for $12 I certainly expect to get bigger pieces of fish. I have eaten here several times and this is the first thing on the menu I have a huge complaint about. There is no way this meal should have cost $12. I am truly disappointed with this portion for my $12, who wants to get full on fries and why would I pay $12 for fries? ?
I come here all the time and I am absolutely in love with the bartender Alyssa. She also makes amazing drinks!! The food is phenomenal!! The wait staff is also very friendly and prompt.
Good food and great bartender. Awesome owner! I had the salad with chicken in it bomb and they will adapt to your diet. My husband and I are on a keto diet and they were able to accommodate. Definitely will go back!
Great food! Really a surprisingly good little find in downtown Portland that my husband and I had never been to. Highly recommend! I had the philly burger and he had the pulled pork - both were great!
Are they amazing? I wouldn’t know. After living nearby for almost 2 years I haven’t been able to go because I’ve rarely ever seen it open. Hope to try these amazing wings one day!
