A lot of places that try to include non-dairy items on their menu always have just fruity flavors and no chocolate flavors…. However, THANK YOU for offering a non-dairy chocolate ice cream on your menu. I hope this is an everyday offering that stays forever. The “vegan chocolate almond milk” flavor is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!10 STARS!
For how good the ice cream is, the customer service doesn't match. Seems like little desire to stop tasks when busy to help the ever growing line waiting. Otherwise ice cream is really good. Starting to not be worth thr wait tho
A huge selection of ice cream flavors and options. I got the Monkey Business flavor and loved it. The shop can get busy but is extremely clean and it has a decent serving size for the value. Will definitely visit again and would love to try all the flavors.
Loved this ice cream shop. Tons of flavors to choose but Graham Central Station was so yummy.
Freshly made, short wait, nice menu. Wished we could see the flavors in front but you can ask for samples still and menu is detailed. Sowm of the tea and coffee flavors could be slightly stronger but that's personal preference.
This is a good spot for icecream, however it is a very sterile and uninviting shop- not unlike many of the warm/friendly Ben and Jerry’s spots I’ve been to. I don’t believe that quality ice cream is used and everything is so overly sweetened with artificial syrups/sweeteners I nearly at a few bites and tossed my order. I think Oregon lacks quality ‘homemade’ and healthy goods in general but if you want good icecream, try Dewie’s and Humphrey Slocombe
Please please please mix your ice cream better. Every time, at least 6 now, I get something like Oredough or just Cookie Dough and it's mostly a pint of vanilla ice cream with very few and spread out chunks of add-ins. My Oredough this time was the worst one yet. I'm sorry, but I'm just done ordering this stuff, hasn't been worth it sadly. Two stars for the potential because the ice cream itself is good if you like plain vanilla.
These are single scoops that we ordered. I couldn’t finish mine because it was so much but my little one loved his strawberry ice cream! I ordered a brownie fudge ice cream and it was sooooo yummy
$2 special every last Tuesday of every month. That usually gives a good reason to go get ice cream ;) even in the winter time there will be a line on that day. I personally like this better than Salt and Straw. Pistachio and black cherry are my favorite flavor.
First of all I do love their ice cream, and I do get good service when I go and the manager is there. This has the 3rd time that I've come recently and had poor experience in the evening. I never have had issues at the Sherwood location. I want to like this location because it is close to home but I might give up.Had such rude employees tonight. I usually give positive reviews but this needs addressing.
