We came here because we were still hungry after grabbing a small bite. I actually came here before because I was not disappointed with my last visit. The food was very filling and delicious. The lot of us were hungry and ordered The Meat Combo. I also ordered a side of garlic sauce on the side because I love extra garlic. As a result, expectations were met, we all left happy, full and very satisfied. I would definitely recommend coming here for the food. The environment felt like they are going through a renovation so expect dining in to be tight and not very comfy.
Hands down best middle eastern food in the city!Went here for the first time in a very long time, since the pandemic.. Service was top notch as per usual. We dropped in here one night a few months ago and were blown away by both the quality of service and the food. We knew right away we'd be long time customers. This place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere because of the owner. And the food is outstanding. Everything we've ordered has been so flavorful and fresh. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Small and casual restaurant. It is self-served. You order at the cashier and get a beeper to pick up the food. The cashier is very attentive, and he brings the food to your table. The food tasted good and fresh, and it is definitely a good restaurant for the money. Vegan-friendly options
Why are Mediterranean restaurants such a gamble?They're either super cheap and give you a HUGE portion of extremely flavorful food.Or they're crazy expensive, don't include half the items promised on the menu, and are extra MEH and flavor.It's never in-between.Paying extra just to sit down at a table just isn't worth it when the food is this much worse than any random food cart....
Lunch was so delicious and the owner was super friendly and made us feel at home. We’ve lived in Portland for decades and just discovered this gem, but we think habibi tops our list of the best middle eastern food in the area! We ordered a meat mezza plate and lentil soup, which was enough for two to share &at a great price. Can’t recommend enough, we can’t wait to go back!
My husband and I went to habibi.. Atmosohere was lovely, beautiful music and the food was amazing!! Meat mezza and habibi mezza. Generous portions that came with tabouli and homemade hummus. The puff syrian bread was absolutely delicious and the black tea with fresh mint was a nice touch! Definitely 5 stars!! I believe the owner waited on us too. Very gracious and attentive.
The chicken schwarma pasta is really good. I’ve been coming here for 8 years whenever I am in town for work.
