Although the mall it's in is a little uncomfortable to be in, Fujiyama is fantastic! Portion sizes are big so don't order too much (though that makes it great for small groups), quality is top notch, presentation is nice, and the place is generally unique. The atmosphere assists the experience but isn't distracting, the waiters are pleasant, and there is a small twist in all of their food that sets it apart from other sushi places. Ordering online is a bit challenging but all in all they have a good system for that aswell.
This place deserves ZERO stars, this place is the WORST place EVER!! The food was good, but the cook was so mean, he also looked like that rat from ratatouillehe. He kept getting distracted, and he was SEXUALIZING GIRLS. My friend ordered noodles, and he said “ you must be daddy’s girl”, and she told me she felt uncomfortable. He was also sexualizing other women too, there were these two women and he touched them inappropriately, and I could tell they were uncomfortable, he even made one of the employees uncomfortable too, she was covering her chest A LOT, and he was also rude to the ANOTHER employee, he asked for yum yum sauce, and she forgot, and then he asked her again saying “I asked for yum yum sauce a long time ago”, and she showed that she was mad. And I was so annoyed with him too. If you ever plan on going to place , PLEASE. DONT. GO!!! The guy is in one of the pictures on their website. Please don’t go, I promise you WILL regret it, especially if your a women/girl, this guy HAS to be fired!! We might have even gotten food poisoning.
The whole experience was amazing! The food was delicious! Definitely on my top places to come back to again, as I recently moved up to Portland, from Eugene. I have to add in, that the mochi ice cream was presented very decorative! With an orange, cut into a panda, and whipped cream and some apple slices. It made my night ❤
There are many sushi restaurants, but not all of them are distinguished by their taste and quality.. My favorite restaurant for eating sushi. Thank you for your efforts

We came here for the first time last night and were SO impressed by the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff. We have tried many sushi places that have a belt (our standard for great sushi) and never have we gotten such great service, beautiful presentation of our rolls, and the waitresses were so fun and engaging. Everything we ordered was amazing, but the calamari was out of this world and the rainbow roll was so fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to come back!
Ordered some calamari and rice for lunch, seemed simple enough. The calamari was dry, chewy, and disgusting. It tasted like someone had attempted to re-fry several day old food. Avoid this place.

I'm not a regular sushi eater. But everything I tried here was pretty good. Prices were really good too.
