Communicative events planner, wide range of food options for variety of diets and price ranges, food was so excellent, pricing fair, and service fantastic (setup/breakdown for us - offered a variety of options there as well based on COVID-19). Went above and beyond too: they took over coordinating rentals for the whole event (based on our preferences/needs) and assisted in fixing a charge error with rental company post-wedding. Elephants is always a solid option when needing food for a small or large gathering. We used to pop into the Tillikum Crossing location after walks for good coffee and baked treats, or delicious burgers. During the pandemic we stayed home for the holidays, but didn’t want to feel left out so we ordered our thanksgiving dinners from them. It was great not having to stress about it during such a stressful time.
I order for my work several times a year. The salmon salad is my favorite. The only thing you want to make sure is in the bag is the drinks. I do find that this is the only thing they randomly will forget. Food and service otherwise is great and I cant wait to order from them again.
Elephants was great to work with for my September 2020 wedding! They helped me figure out a COVID friendly way to give individual food boxes to our guests. It felt so good to extend the hospitality of a meal to people I love in a safe and tasty way. We ordered boxed salads, beverages, and napkins & utensils. Delivery to the venue was seamless. Thank you for your patience and great ideas in the midst of so much change!
Elephants Catering and Leftbank Annex saved our wedding! After two venue changes due to the wildfires, we were so flustered and uncertain that our wedding would even happen because we only had 24 hours to prepare. Jessica, Kassie and Tyler are miracle workers and put together the venue, food, and alcohol to make this day a huge success! What really drew us to them was their great attitudes. Such an amazing crew with positive vibes and good energy. Exactly what we needed to relieve the stress of planning a wedding in such short notice.We were able to have appetizers, salads, entrée and desserts that our guest absolutely loved. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely pay a visit to the restaurant on our next trip back to Portland!I cannot thank them enough for saving the day and for being such awesome people!

Very consistent catering, a little spendy
We were struggling with another company and found ourselves under duress with less than a year before our wedding. In fact, we met Kat in early November - leaving approx 6 months before our special day. We both walked out of that meeting with such relief. It was as if the weight of the world was lifted off our schedules. My wife has worked with Elephant's in the past for her work related conferences so we also knew their quality of food was stellar. However, we can both attest that when it comes to a wedding, they are nothing short of amazing. The entire experience, from the initial meeting to the tasting to the choosing of the linens was so uplifting. On the day, the staff were nothing but professional and efficient. It turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience and the appetizers, food, dessert and beverages were incredible. Our guests were impressed and commented to us all night on the quality. To Elephant's, Kat, Polina and the entire staff - you were our saviours and we all know that the food/beverages makes or breaks most weddings. You all saved us and made our special day unforgettable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
