We've been coming to Ecliptic since it opened, when you'd look out on an Industrial setting. We still love it today. However, we hadn't come since the pandemic shutdown. I felt compelled to post. Our meal was PHENOMENAL. The burger, beet melt, tequila basil squeeze, maibock, and sticke alt beer.... We will start visiting regularly again. Besides the food, new seating, layout, and decor. Ecliptic’s North Portland brew pub is as awesome as their Starburst beer, which has been our pandemic beer. The food is so good, it’s been consistently awesome. The beers are great - the Starburst, Ligo, Phazer, pyxis, and more are just amazing beers. The lighting and environment is great. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Bathrooms are clean. It’s a fun space to enjoy yourself with some of the best beer in the world. 11 out of 10.
Obviously the beer menu is amazing. All ordering and paying is done via your phone; the only service is to bring your food. No one checks on you to see if you need anything. Not sure what the tips go to. Food was pretty good and the atmosphere is light and fun.
Amazing beer and maybe even better food. Their ecliptic burgers and fries are outstanding. Beet melt sandwich was a great discovery for us, just deliciousService was friendly and helpfulLooking forward to visiting again when in Portland
I hardly give 5 starts. But here we are! Amazing. Not because of the beer (that was great too). But there ecliptic burger and fry (ppfffff mind blown) solid 10 utta 10. Price for a custom flight and burger and fries was medium high! But I would totally pay for this meal AGAIN! I have 0 worries giving this place my seal of approval. #fatboyapproved #gorditoapproved I can't wait to come back and explore the full menu!
I highly recommend the chicken and waffles sandwich it was delicious! I was one for two on beers. The first one I got was way too bitter (and not in a good IPA bitter way) but the staff was generous enough to void the one beer and the second one was fantastic! Overall great experience!!

Thank you Ecliptic Brewery for welcoming me into your brewery discrimination free. The food was great and the beer was excellent. I am not fully vaccinated, contracted COVID last fall and recovered, giving me excellent immunity. You welcomed me in and did not discriminate and make me sit outside because I don't posses a vax card. Thank you Ecliptic Brewery for using scientific data and common sense policies towards your customers, I really appreciate being treated as an equal and I hope everyone rewards you with their business for your openness and the excellent beer. Had the Pluto testing test and liked most of them! The hat IPA was my least favorite, but that stout was out of this world good! And the peach sour was great as well! The service was wonderful and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Will go back for sure!
