How is this place so highly rated? $10 for a snack size froyo? No fruit toppings? Wild.

Maple pecan flavor was gritty. The chocolate was ok.A big empty room with concrete floor and no tables except a long table by the front window with uncomfortable chairs. Really echo-y with “6 foot distancing” circles all the way from the entrance to the service counter at the back. Not a welcoming space to me.Ice cream was ok but not worth driving for. Overly sweet to my taste. They lose a lot of stars for the gritty texture.

Ed & Bean is ridiculously delicious. A luxurious treat with much substance. I got the non-dairy coconut fro-yo with chocolate chips, cookie dough (V/GF) and chocolate sauce (GF). A yummy dessert served with nice, personable service! This is not your typical dessert place and definitely worth visiting to try something new and/or dairy free.

Excellent flavor options and a good selection of toppings. A waffle cone is a nice value. There’s a good subset of options for the vegans in the crowd as well.

I went and got some froyo yesterday and I asked for the roasted hazelnuts on top and when I ate it, you could taste that it was old and stale. The taste was overpowering the froyo making it taste bad. They didn’t even taste like hazelnuts.

I can't remember the last time I had any type of froyo like this. This is definitely better than the rest. Smoothest and tastiest around that I've had in a while. Definitely supporting this business at least twice a week.

Very tasty desserts. Numerous vegetarian and vegan options.

Love this frozen yogurt, especially when they have Tart; also love the service I receive from the employee assigned to serving customers. It seems they are still working out their service model. There’s usually two people working, sometimes a third, but typically only one dedicated to serving customers. I’ve been glad to see they are adding employees to help with speed of service but I wish they would take their breaks before what seems to be the peak of business. We used to come in around 8:30 but I think they are busiest starting around that time until they close; this is also the time they start doing pre-close activities. It is disappointing to be a customer waiting in a long line and see multiple employees take breaks or go to the back to clean dishes and small wares for the next day. I do love Eb & Bean and can tell they are always trying hard; but I think they would benefit greatly by focusing on customers during their peak period. I know they would also see an increase in sales based on the number of people I see leaving before they even get to the front of the line.

Expensive for the amount of froyo you get... You get more from those weighed. The tart was icy vs creamy/smooth.

Love the soft serve here especially since they have non-dairy and vegan options available!
