I loved seeing Earth Lab libations set up as the first food truck beer garden. Their tap list is extensive but not overwhelming. They clearly take great care in making sure their beer is served in the manner the brewery would want. So happy they have kombucha as well. I will most definitely be back in 2022.
This is a beer lover's beer cart. The guy really knows his beer and hand picks only the really good stuff. Instead of the usual wall of IPAs, there's a selection of lambic, porter, bock, saison, and other specialty styles. The hospitality was great too. He set up heaters just for us when it was cold and wet out. I'll be back here for sure.
Literally The BEST Kombucha I've ever had! I really appreciate the non-alcoholic options. My friend loved her strawberry lemonade and was really impressed with the selection of beers.
Cheery people who know their inventory and can answer any questions on imports and options! Personal service, great selection, non-alcoholic options...I wouldn't go anywhere else for a tasty beverage!

I'm soooo excited to finally have the opportunity to visit EarthLab Libations. It has been quite the journey to watch Matt and Daniel work on the truck and get approved by the city then continue their work on the truck. The truck has certainly been a labor of love!Their posts and videos on Instagram are so inspiring! The video where they break the news that they were approved by the city is my favorite. I love the sheer joy and that dancing around with cowbells in celebration!All of their hard work has finally paid off and their libations truck is the perfect addition to this Belmont food cart area!The draft list is diverse - something for everyone. And if nothing on the draft list appeals to you they have plenty of canned options.The area is covered with tents and another permanent structure is being built over the libations truck.There are three food cart options in this Belmont food cart area. There’s a port-a-potty dedicated to that cart area that is kept locked and is very clean and safe!I look forward to continuing to support Matt and Daniel on their journey and will be back soon to enjoy some more libations with great friends!
Love this new place on Belmont! They have an amazing rotating tap list. The bartenders are super friendly and knowledgeable too. Great place to get together and have a beer with friends. The other carts around have fantastic food as well. Good vibes all around!
This uniquely curated beer / drink list positioned next to delicious varieties of food. Everyone in my life needs to come experience this place. I stumbled onto it accidentally, but it's easy to get to after work.
