Absolutely hands down the BEST place to go. Always smiling faces, amazing drinks freshly made to perfection. At Dutch you litterally feel like family. Thanks soooo much for the stockers last Friday! I was driving through to pick up my daughter from HS...unfortunately we had just lost a pet and I was litterally in tears. The girl at the window (I forgot to ask your name, I am so sorry) talked to me and was sooo kind. Then gave me a few stickers for my daughter, and even in the midst of our tragic day. A trip to Dutch made things a bit better. Thanks so much! You guys rock!
This review is to reflect the operations manager Austin as opposed to the people in the stand who are awesome. There was an incident at this stand over Christmas where is where my curiosity over one of the kids nail Polish that work there was mistook in for a slanderous word that was never said ed. I asked if the nail Polish was a fad such as a fashion statement he thought I said the other word that ends in a g. This was ultimately cleared up. I had an issue with a different tender at a different location and called to complain and Austin called me and told me I could no longer come to the stands that he operates and usedThis instance as his reasoning Along with the complaint from the other stand. He did not care what I had to say nor did he care that his employee at the other stand Was rude and unprofessional And made it very distasteful comment. That being said my business will now be going to the franchises in the area instead of the corporate entitySince the franchise has seemed to have more of the feel thatI feel Dane and his brother were going for when they started this business.I don't believe the employees are supposed to be snooty and rude they are supposed to be friendly as that is their motto.
There was a line, someone took our order in the parking lot. They were very nice. We asked for a small & medium 911, the person who took our order put in a small and a large, we only had enough for 2 smalls, they gave us the small & large anyway.
I had heard that Dutch Brothers was friendly, but I was surprised how helpful and happy they were too. It looked like we'd have to wait, but as soon as I got in line at the drive-up, a lady came and took our order. The line went very fast. The employees were so cheerful that I left happier. I don't often buy take-out beverages, but I will go there again.
I'll never not stop at a Dutch Bros. This one's one of my favorites, and even though it always has a short line, it always seems to move pretty fast. I suggest getting the banana bread latte.
Literally going to make this Dutch my home shop on the app! Ashley is the best ☺️☺️ she made my day and made sure I got a coffee seriously love it there
Usually I love Dutch, but this last experience was really upsetting. I had gotten in line at 8pm. Waited my turn, but then they ended up standing and chatting amongst themselves for quite awhile. They had looked over at the line a couple times, but continued chatting. I stayed in the line for quite some time and didn't leave til 3 cars behind me had left. It would have been nice to have someone just inform me if all staff were on a break, or if they weren't taking in anymore customers. I ended up going to another shop since I needed coffee to assist me with working the night shift. Either way, communication would have been nice, but there wasn't any, so I just left disappointed.
I will never come to this location where this jerk decided to be rude when i ask to get my order so i don't miss the bus and they just didn't have any consideration that it was cold outside while the cashier told me I'll get it faster. All the cashier did was talk and talk and didn't help out at all. I should have never tipped them either. It's why I never like tipping DB because they hire lazy workers who chitchat and make people wait too long
How they have things all blocked off is just too much apparently you can only come in from one side of the road. It would have been fine if the girl working wasn't so rude, we offered to go back around an she said just forget it an took our order an made my drink without any sweetener or flavor. It's one thing to correct someone but to purposely make someone's drink bad an be rude instead of just giving information is so off-putting an makes me not want to return to that location.
Ashley in the drive thru is so sweet. She told me about her dog Bella. Came back twice in one day just to chat.
