I went to go get a coffee for my birthday. And it's raining mind you and I'm carrying my puppy. And they told me that I could not get a birthday coffee unless I downloaded their app even though I was showing proof of ID. I told her I did not want to download the app. One hand was full of my puppy, i only had one hand free and because because my dog could get sick if i have to sit out in the rain longer and they could care less. The girl had attitude when telling me this But also got the entire group of people to come to the window to look at my dog as she's telling me no I can't have a birthday coffee unless I download an app. Instead of doing her job. Used to buy Dutch bros every day now gonna cut them out of my daily routine. I've been coming to Dutch Bros every year on my birthday since I was like 16 Apparently never again.
Always great service here. So expect a line. Coffee is delicious. If your a SB drinker I highly recommend tiring DutchBros here it's so much more then premixed at the SB.
Had THE best drink today. I let the batista Faith pick for me and it was DELICIOUS!!! Nice location, quick in & out.

Came in last night bought 4 largesCoffees, one was made improperly and I call the gentleman was really nice and said oh we will gladly make a new one for you but it’s late so put it in the fridge and bring it tomorrow. I did that and when we got there the next day the two barista’s were extremely rude and would not remake or refund the coffee. I purchase 4 coffees everyday from this shop and I’m blown away at the way I was treated! Wow….
Great service and speedy turn around. The parking lot/drive thru area does tend to flood when it rains really hard but you're in your car so it doesn't really matter. I've walked up and driven thru this stand for years and always enjoy coming by.
Customer service is horrible, The employees that are employed at Dutch Bros have no respect whatsoever. I asked for a large and medium and received two mediums. When I payed for a large and medium. And gave a 5 dollar tip. She asked for the drink back and all she did was put it in a large cup and add more ice. All I know is whoever is wanting Dutch don’t go to this one because they will scam you and they have no customer service at all. I would never let my employees treat their customers that way. If you are a manager and you’re reading this review please take this into consideration. Interview your staff before employing them. They clearly need hearing aid. If I don’t hear back from my manager I will have over 20 to 30 people leave a review similar to mine. Today’s day is December 27 2021 3:45pm.
The worst place ever. I never recommend this place to anyone Horrible service, rude people not educated.. I go to this Dutch bro’s every time. But I didn’t expect this service to be that horrible. Never coming back… they got our orders wrong and than they said it was my fault..who says that, horrible customer service. they took away my drinks and they redone it and it tastes two times worse from last time .. they did a refund and I payed again only 25 cent difference from last payment .. drinks were awful

Nice and normal experience but dear God please stop with the small talk! It's fake and we all know it, please stop... it's uncomfortable af.
