Best location in Portland :-)
The customer service was top notch. Very nice and friendly. The black coffee I ordered was watered down unfortunately. There's usually a more robust taste to black coffee. Wasn't what I was expecting but I still drank it.
UPDATE:Customer service was very responsive, not only taking care of ensuring my satisfaction, but also making contact with relevant staff for accountability and change.I was very disappointed in my visit this afternoon. The three employees took about 5 minutes to make my drink, as they spent the entire time I was waiting, laughing and joking with a friend for whom they kept adding ingredients to a drink for. Not one acknowledged me between taking my order and bringing me the drink. The worst part was I was the only customer anywhere in sight and the drink was mediocre at best.
I’m from the Midwest so I have been dying to try Dutch Bros for ages. I was finally able to on my trip to Portland this week and it was so good I came back 3 times. The baristas are super friendly, the service is quick, and even their pre-packaged muffins are delicious. Just be aware that the default milk is half and half, I did not realize until the third day lol
I loved Dutch BrothersI only gave four stars though because the last couple times I went there I haven't been satisfied but I will return nonetheless!
They were acting like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off running around in circles around eachother in there. They either need to lay off the coffee they're making or find a better flowing system.
I don't go to this Dutch Bros much but it's not a knock! Far from it! Every time I come here they have the excellent customer service of all the locations. Great smiles also
I’m not a fan of Dutch bro’s, but Stopped by here to get my wife a drink with a larger car that couldn’t quite manage the drive thru very well, the service team was so awesome they moved the cones out the way and helped me navigate thru.. I’ll admit it, drink wasn’t too bad either. Nicest people work here give em a chance.
Beverages are off the chain, so many yummy favorites. Hard to decide which one to choose but I nevertheless have been disappointed with my choice.
Just the nicest staff you'll ever meet. :) coffee was good too.
