I went to this location about 1:45 on 5/21. I waited for a bit behind a car that had two teen girls outside the drivers window messing around, taking pictures with the driver of the car, so I finally drove past them to get in line, thinking it was just some bored kids in the parking lot. I was surprised when I looked back and I noticed the girls at the car look embarrassed, then start taking orders. I thought they'd approach me as I was in line, but they did not. When I got to the window I was asked if I placed my order, I explained what happened, and was asked to go back through the line to place my order. I told them I would not be doing that and left.
Waited at this Dutch Bros forever in the drive-through line because of off-duty employees having fun with the on-duty employees. It’s a drive-through kiosk not a place for fun and games it’s a business I don’t come there to have fun I want my coffee and go. Won’t be returning here anytime soon and I hope you find another coffee establishment as well.
Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Dutch bros AND on my birthday. Completely ruined my morning.Plus, the drink taste like trash ??

Hands down the best coffee shop and the best Dutch Bros period! The lines can sometimes be long, but there's a reason for it. The staff here are fantastic, the guys and girls are wonderful and fun to talk with (wish I could remember names to shout them out). It has become a weekend tradition to bring my Pup with me and they recognize us instantly, in fact my dog now recognizes when I take him with me and gets so excited even before we turn in the parking lot. Love this place!

Here is what they really deserve.I have visited DB's in four different states. First in Oregon many years ago and then in Colorado, New Mexico and California. They way they train their employees is amazing. They want them to have fun and engage with their customers. They don't just say...Hello, thank you for coming to DB's. They ask questions that spark a conversation. My wife and I love that. DB's brings back a personal touch to the drive thru quick service approach that many company's use but fail. If you're still going to Starbucks because of the shorter lines...Well, there is a reason why the lines are longer at DB's.
Stop asking me so many damn questions. It feels invasive. I don’t understand. The drinks are also so sweet I can’t taste the coffee in it??? Do you even put coffee in it??? BoooooooooooooooAlso stop stealing indigenous rights by opening a casino in Oregon (something reserved for only tribes in Oregon) AFTER they became billionaires by becoming a publicly traded company.
