I love Dutch, but this location can always be hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes the poor customer service experienced here completely takes away from the enjoyment. Having someone pour their negative mood onto you, but still asks about a tip, it's just not an ideal way to start a work shift off strong.The last two times I've come here my drink has also tasted flat, like the customer service.
Obsessed with their friendly, but not fake, service. It's always a party inside and the workers are having fun.

Who doesn't love Dutch bros? Honestly, never had a negative experience at any of their locations. Best mochas in town. Not too sweet, perfect Everytime, with wildly friendly staff!
Probably my least favorite location in the city. My drink is never right (missing ingredients, wrong size, hot instead of cold), they give attitude when you ask them to fix it, and the staff seems annoyed to be working at all. I give this location another shot every few months and I'm always disappointed.

This crowded and busy location blocks my commute to work at least once week. The long lines spill over onto the streets causing a back up in traffic and creating risks for accidents. IF YOU ARE GOING HERE PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN LEFT IF EASTBOUND ON WILSON STREET WHEN THE LINE IS FULL.
