I've ordered from here and the one on 182nd many times. I get stuck with 122nd for delivery. I put in a complaint about the pizza being cold the delivery driver taking about an hour to get to my house after leaving the store. This was a large order and was unhappy they offered to replace one medium topping pizza. Just not happy with this store.
I have been going to this dominos for a while now and they haven’t been causing me any trouble. I bought a pizza and came in to pick it up and paid online. I said my name and they said I didn’t pay yet and then I asked to check again and they still said I didn’t pay so I did. I got the pizza and went home. It was the wrong pizza with the wrong name so I went back and returned the pizza untouched. I asked for my order and the lady that initially checked me out said rudely to her coworker to “take care of it” and walked away. They said the order never existed even though I had the order confirmation email, payment receipt, the order tracker, and the order number. They said it was no proof so they said they would give me new pizza since I paid for the wrong pizza. I’m disappointed I had to pay for the pizza TWICE with no refund.
Food came in about 20 to 25 minutes! It was hot and incredibly delicious. Plus, my driver, Jeffrey, was very polite! Thanks for the good food Dominos ?
I work late so I did order late, but I tipped 45% and received my pizza drowned in sauce. I work food service too and I know it’s a pain to get a late order but that’s rude as hell.
Food was ok better then the customer service I received that evening placed an order online and it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up, the guy checked and said it wasn't walked away for 2 seconds, and he asked how may I help you. For example, if I wasn't just there, I asked about the order, and it was ready. The order was sitting there the whole time.. wasted 20 mins for an order that was ready for pick up on arrival.
Love this location! I order delivery and carry out and both have been great expieriences with perfect pizza! Staff is attentive and great customer service.
This Domino's uses a call center now to take your order. You get connected to people who don't know the menu and don't actually work for Domino's and can't understand what you want and quote prices 3 to 4 times what the price should be.Long story short you can't order over the phone anymore unless you want to fund a call centers commission mongering price gouging scheme where you will likely not actually get what you wanted in the first place.
Very happy with this Dominos pizza location, my order is always ready on time, very friendly staff
45 minutes to prep one medium two-topping pizza and 8 piece chicken, then another 45 minutes for a "quality check." ? After 90 minutes I call the 122nd store to ask if they're even going to show up, and this guy had no answers, no sincere apology. Awful customer service. Oh, he did say my order would be there in about 30 minutes. Which it was. Almost exactly 30 minutes later my order showed up. And I received cold pizza and cold chicken. Worst Domino's experience. Ever.
This is my second time trying to order from this location this month.. Both times, it has taken over 2 hours to get my food delivered. I have hungry kids who want food, I would have just made my own, this was supposed to be a treat for them. The last time they did not even bother to bring the whole order.. I have for sure had enough.
