DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT 2+ HOURS FOR COLD PIZZA. We eat at this location a lot, and the pizza is usually ok, but delivery takes at least 2 hours which is ridiculous. Even when it’s not busy. It’s like they purposely take their time with delivery,this last time my pizza was cold also i ordered a pasta bowl and it barely had any pasta in it. Took exactly 5 bites to finish, when it’s usually more.I called the store to see if they forgot our delivery since it was taking so long and the girl on the phone (around 11pm Friday) was rude and dismissive. Then when we tried to call back they wouldn’t answer.It wasn’t like this a few months ago, that’s the only reason I’m doing 2 stars instead of one. It used to be fast delivery (especially for someone who only lives 5 minutes away) and the pizza was way better put together.Won’t be ordering from here anymore.
Stay away from the one on 182nd and division Tracking didn't work didn't let me know when my pizza was ready when I got there it was cold & sloppy put together I don't recommend this store. The one on 122nd and Powell is way better.
I ordered on a Sat evening delivery said 21 to 25 min for it to be at my door and I decided I would just go get seems it was close and I was really hungry I get there and the delivery guy was about to leave with my order and the guy that greated me took off his Apron real fast and ran out to catch the driver for me and he did and the delivery guy was very likable and was super cool same with the guy that greeted me and I liked how it was being ran also was clean organized stocked and the 3 or 4 other workers were all steadly working on a screen full of orders and all was going real smooth for a Saturday night. Just need to get the dominoes signature sign at the street to see well I went past a couple times. But also when the delivery guy was about to leave with my order it was 15 min at most when he was bout to leave so he would had been to my place in 21 min for sure!
Something seriously need to be done about this location. My bf and I have been waiting an hour and a half with no updates and no one answering the phone. We wanted dinner and he paid $45 which got taken out immediately. If this location cannot function properly it needs to be shut down. On the way to the store to get a refund and figure out what is for dinner.
Twice I've tried to order a carry out pizza and when I arrived to pick it up they said my order was never taken? Both times I spoke to someone who didn't seem to be concerned with there service. ?
they don't wear gloves at all here. when I asked why the employees are not wearing gloves to make my pizza I was told it's not a requirement because it would make the process of hand tossed dough more difficult so they just don't wear em. that's so gross. I don't wanna eat peoples dead skin cells on my food! so grossed out.
Husband and I decided to order pizza; neither of our local Dominos were accepting online orders for pick up (we are outside the delivery zone) so I agreed to drive a bit out of my way which is how we ended up picking up at the182nd Street store.My husband placed our order online at 3:30PM for a 5PM pick up.I arrived in their parking lot at 5:05 and went right in expecting my pizza to be ready. Friends, it was not.I waited to speak to someone for 5 min while the phone rang off the hook.Not only was it not ready, but they couldn't find my order. After 5 more minutes of searching they located the order turns out it had been marked for delivery by mistake. The person then walked away and I had to call after them inquiring if my order was in the building, or not, what was happening. They told me it wasn't ready yet and should be ready soon. The time was now 5:20, 20 min after my scheduled pick-up time.After waiting for another 20 min (now 5:40) the employee handed me my order.Breadsticks? I asked.Oh sorry, they said and went back to the prep counter to box them up.Uh, cheese dip? I asked.Oh sorry, they said and again went back to the counter to box them up.I left 45 min after my scheduled pick up time.When I finally got home with dinner, I was greated with overcooked pizza, woefully devoid of toppings, marinara dip instead of cheese dip, and uncut bread sticks.The moral of the story here?Do not order from this Dominos.
The best pasta (chicken carbonara) I've ever had picked up tonight. The pizza was great and the new apple cinnamon dips to were amazing. I have to wait to eat the lava cakes. Very impressed.
Tonight My fiancé went here to get an order. That cost us nearly $50 just for the manager (women) to be completely rude and insult him and tell him to shut up so that she could explain something. When she rudely interrupted him while he was trying to explain something to her. By far the worst customer service he has received here. He feels insulted and embarrassed and doesn’t want to go back there!
This place is wac, as of Jan 5th at 710 pm I've been waiting for 2 hours on an easy order. Shut this place down please!!
