You usually know what to expect for Food when you go to a Denny’s. This location was no exception. We went twice during our Portland outing. Kenneth was the most attentive server I have ever come across. They were busy that day yet he kept checking on us each opportunity he had. He even put off his break to make sure we were taken care of. The next day was super busy so I was not expecting our server to keep up. She was still able to refill our coffee. I will visit this location again when in the area.
I guess they don’t have poached eggs, so I ordered over easy. The eggs are completely cooked through and browned. They forgot the hollandaise. I had to reorder cause I had a certain craving. And I figured these were fixable issues. They wouldn’t answer the phone. I wanted to make sure they got the hollandaise this time and maybe get a little extra for my troubles. They were rude to the delivery driver about it. And said no. At least they got hollandaise the second time. The muffin was So tough I had to break out a steak knife. The second attempt is a bit better, though.I’m sorry to employees, drivers, guests and management that this industry is hard these days. Truly. I get it. I just wish we could make it right and be polite when we can.
Always get good food here I understand they're understaffed but they do great customer service with being shorthanded
I come here 2-3 times a week for brunch. I live next-door and work graveyard in Gresham. so I get off the max near the Lloyd Center around 10:30 am then I walk a couple blocks and I’m at this perfect little old school city dinner. (Denny’s)The foods is always honestly at a solid 8I go there for the vibes tho! This Denny’s is surrounded by a bunch of tall buildings and city stuff happening outside. It’s always busy around breakfast time but there is never a wait for a seat.And the staff is very nice and attentive.Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.There is also a video poker/lottery room in the back.
We had a wonderful breakfast at this Denny’s - the staff were attentive and so friendly. The kitchen was fast and there was great interactions between the cooks. Overall - a great experience and we will be back

You may have to eat elsewhere!On a Saturday afternoon I called this location 3x no answer.I really wanted a burger, and I wanted to surprise my wife with the omelet.Reluctantly I decided to go to the website. It took way too long to get the burger and omelet the way I wanted to have them prepared. Which was extremely aggravating instead of a one minute phone call.I go to complete the order and it says they can have it ready for 5pm!I couldn't believe my eyes. 3 hours was the quickest the could get it ready.I wasted so much of my time.Now I needed to get something quick and not nearly as enjoyable.When our daughter is in the hospital we always order Denny's, and it was going to be a chance to enjoy Denny's with out it being in a hospital.Unfortunately they are close to OHSU and so even when we are at the hospital this tradition is no longer an option.?Upsetting to say the least.
Stopped in for an early breakfast. I hadn’t been to this location for a few years and although some may think this area is sketchy, we had no concerns. They do have private security to keep things safe. Easy free parking in their parking lot. Our server was super friendly and welcoming. Love Denny’s and their food. Great value for the price, they are happy to make modifications. They were not busy at all when we arrived but soon filled up so I recommend going in the off times if you are in a hurry. Nice relaxing breakfast.We’ll be back soon.
For a typical Denny’s it’s not as bad as some people think. The food was decent and affordable and big portions if your hungry. The waitress and cooks are friendly and the restaurant itself is clean and smells fine.The banana chocolate pancakes are amazing and the calories will kill you but it’s filling.
Yum. I love being able to build my own omelette. The people were awesome. I accidentally spilt my drink as I was leaving and the young lady who helped us just smiled and said she'd take care of it. She was awesome.
