My family has been coming here since before I was born, it’s home to us.The owners are wonderful, staff always friendly. I highly recommend their burritos, by far one of my favorites. And their pies, strawberry shortcakes and breakfasts are phenomenal.Every trip back home we always have to eat here at least twice.We love Davidson’s
This restaurant used to be our favorite spot and we would go once a week for breakfast or dinner. Lately the staff has been acting weird. One night we were there our waitress delivered our food and never came back. The phone rang and rang and nobody answered it. This went on for 30 minutes. We paid our bill with the owner and nothing was said as to why the waitress seemed to no longer work there or why the dishwasher, cook, or she let all of us listen to a phone ring our entire dinner. The last five times we've been there we have gotten the dark curly haired waitress who is awkward and unfriendly. You have to ask to get your chips & salsa and when she does bring it out it is in a half full metal dressing container than is so tiny a chip cannot fit into it. All the other waitresses brought the salsa in a larger bowl so your chips aren't wasted. If you ask for more salsa she rolls her eyes and sighs. If you ask for a refill, a napkin, or anything else she visibly acts upset. She ignores her customers and acts put out if you ask her for anything. If you ask for extra napkins she brings one. If you ask for a soda she brings you a half glass, if you ask for dressing you get a tablespoon. It is irritating because she forces you to have to ask again. I do not know what is going on there but it went from being our favorite place to a place we no longer wish to visit.
They had great food at good prices, and the servers were really nice. I just stopped by for a small bite. Got chili and cornbread for 5 bucks. Very filling and tasty. Keep up the good work guys!
When I got up and made it to work, I had already decided I didn't care where, I was going to have biscuits and gravy. I popped into Davidson's because it was on their menu. The staff was awesome and helped me quickly and let me pick where I wanted to sit. When I saw that they actually had rolls and gravy instead of biscuits I got super excited, but was quickly let down by what actually showed up. The rolls were super dry (I got rolls so they wouldn't be) and the gravy was bland and had almost no meat in it. I set out on a quest for biscuits and gravy and wound up regretting what I ordered. The staff is 5 stars, but the food just wasn't good. I might forget and give them another try, but until then I probably won't be back for breakfast food anytime soon...
Very friendly staff. Offered info on food when asked. Great service, great food. Well go back again.
Super under appreciated little casual diner! Love the cinnamon rolls. They had cholula hot sauce at every table so I highly appreciate that. Great options and friendly staff. Would reccomend!!!!
I really want to like this place, and I want it to succeed. They need to improve their food, the breakfast at least. I ordered the country omelet with hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were great, the omelet itself was okay. The country omlete comes with gravy on top, and it was bland. According to the menu it is homemade, but I don't get it. It didn't have a taste, it was just a warm paste. I added a bit of salt to make it enable, but it should have never been served.
The Best food!They also helped my family and I during the holidays 2020 when times were so tuff and we were without food.Forever grateful.
It's a 'no' for me. This sad thing I got is not that great. A spinach and cheese omeletI had them add mushrooms.. it didn't help. It looks as if it's yesterday's special twice removed...the home potatoes are a joke..think potatoes wedges from Safeway deli.. yea that's great but no expected. I thought I get cut up potatoes with onion and bell pepper.. no..The wait staff was fine. She wasn't rude and didn't make me wait while she check Facebook.. so I give her 5 star.. an older lady .. but the food... It's the main event and if your presentation is great then your gonna have an empty restaurant like I witness today... O I wanted to like it I really did but it just was not
Pumpkin pancakes! Need I say more? Friendly staff, flexible menu, reasonable prices and they don't rush you out the door.
