Thank goodness we have a dairy Queen in the neighborhood it's just down the street. Just in walking distance from the house. This is nice to have an ice cream shop down the street especially when you don't have to go nowhere it's nice to walk to somewhere and actually sit down and have lunch or dinner have a Sunday or a delicious dipped cone sandwich or cake ice cream. Love dairy Queen the best is the footlong hot dogs and cheeseburgers
The girl with the black hair was really rude when I came threw the drive thru tonight and she was snappy and rude. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she said no iam not with a bad attitude. I told her she was being rude and she said I'm not being rude and shut the drive thru door and flipped me off. This is the 1st time I dealt with rude staff here. When I pulled up to the drive threw to order she didn't say anything to I had to say hello and that's when she said u can hold on I will be with u when I am done.
The Dairy Queen food menu is great but this location is poorly run. It always feels understaffed by a bunch of teens who are very friendly but super slow at everything they do. Average wait time for hot food is fifteen minutes regardless of what you order. One item. Two items. Doesn't matter. 15 minutes to get my food that sat in the passthrough for 5 minutes. They are nice enough kids, there is just no leadership here. This was not my first time here. I have gone here for months. Different times of day. Different days of the week. It is always the same.
Honestly one of the worst dairy queens I've ever been in. The service is terrible, the workers are disrespectful, and they take way too long on your order. Would not recommend.
I needed to use the restroom, and at first I thought the restaurant didn't have a public bathroom at all. So I was pretty upset to begin with, and the cashier didn't acknowledge or welcome me at all. I got his attention and ordered, but it was a very lackluster visit to DQ. On the way out I saw they had 2 locked bathrooms outside the restaurant, similar to a gas station. I thought that was super creepy and strange. I'll pass.
Where has my life gone wrong to lead me to this. 9:30pm on a Saturday night alone at Dairy Queen. Food is fire though
We came here for a misty freeze. When we pulled up to the drive thru it immediately said that they were closed. Someone got on and said that they were still open and asked us to wait to order. We waited for at least 5 minutes before she got back to us.When she asked what we wanted, we ordered directly from the menu board. We were told that their slush machine wasn't working. We then had to choose an alternative. We had to wait a while for her to get back to us... AGAIN... we chose chocolate ice cream cones. We were told that they didn't have any chocolate ice cream. Back to the menu board... I asked if they had vanilla ice cream and finally got a yes. We ordered 2 ice cream cones . Pulled around and sat for at least another 5 minutes. Once we got to the window we waited another 2 minutes for her to come to the window, she was just standing there. She took our money $6.56 for 2 ice cream cones seemed pretty steep. Not until we paid did she start making the cones. She was polite and friendly... but extremely slow and unorganized.I would have a really hard time recommending a place that doesn't have items on their menu during business hours. So for that reason I can't recommend this place. The other reason is that taking 30 minutes or more through the drive-thru should NEVER happen. It's not only the employees problem when the first thing you're greeted with is a recording saying that they are closed during business hours. That's reflected management's lack of attention to detail.
I dont even want to give this 1 starRudest experience at any restaurant ANYWHERECouldnt even make it through the front door before the lazy little girl behind the counter looks directly at 2 construction workers in uniform AT LUNCH TIME and says "if you wanna eat its gonna be a while we're prioritizing "Just ridiculous and sadDairy queen ?? More like dairy peasant
This is by far my favorite location. If your looking for a damn good burger than this is the place to go. Great service and great care goes into the food.
2 items for over 10. $ so wasnt worth it. The soft serve was tasteless. Waist of money won't be going back
