Friendly staff, creative cocktails, however they only have tamales right now, but you can bring food in from other places, there are great carts right across the street!

Cruz Room is an awesome space! The staff is friendly and the drinks are good. This place is comfortable and the patio is amazing. And....so many good events going on!

The best low/no sugar blueberry black tea cocktail I've had!!! I have a fairly new sugar allergy so I stick with liquor + sodas, but my stomach hadled this one really well. Seriously the first real cocktail I've ordered in 3 years :))) thanks for making me feel like a normal person again lol

Come through on Wednesday nights for free local music and affordable beverages (every night)

Cruzroom has been a long time favorite and I was so worried when I saw the lights off in the main building, but super relieved to find the Annex open and poppin'. Sadly learned that the iconic tacos and many other menu items are gone due to complications of the Covid pandemic. There is hope that one day Cruzroom may return to it's former glory as long as we all keep ordering fancy cocktails and listening to rad music at the Annex, perhaps someday soon we'll all be able to enjoy our favorites from the Cruzroom kitchen again.

Awesome venue. Have open mics and themed nights. Hidden gem in Alberta

Really really bummed. Came here so excited for some tacos and margs, only to find they no longer serve food or have a tequila selection like previously had. It’s just a regular bar, only serving drinks. There are food carts across the street you can grab. Sad to lose a such a great spot.

The outdoor area at the annex is spectacular. This bar is a staple of Alberta neighborhood and the little dinosaurs they serve with a drink is absolutely iconic.

They recently built a really large patio and staff is always very nice and helpful. They always have interesting events as well. Highly recommend.

What a delight to have happened upon this venue strolling down Alberta street on a Saturday night. I was drawn by the beautiful voice singing and saw an artist singing on stage with a guitar in front of a huge mural wall. I though I was back in Austin for a split second. Turns out Shady Pines Radio was throwing and event with a list of artists lined up- all I needed to do was grab a beer, find myself a seat in the garden and enjoy the music. Wonderful evening with local artists.
