I got a milkshake with salted caramel and birthday cake ice cream. It's very good qualityAnd the location is right across from a small park with plenty of shade should you want to get out of the sun in the warmer monthsWould recommend if you're in the area
Excellent ice cream that tastes all natural and fresh. The ambiance could be improved with some better lighting and more professional signage, but overall, they have a great product.
My experience at this ice cream shop left much to be desired. I was blatantly ignored when I went to this establishment yesterday evening. I was there with two other guest and was the only one among my group who was ignored. I was in line before my other two guests. The lady working approached the two guests in line behind me and the other two gentlemen working approached guest behind us who arrived shortly after. I was confused at first and tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, after much reflection last night. I am inclined to believe this was racially motivated as I was the only one in our party who was black and recieved this very off putting treatment. I will also offer that the guests in line behind our party were served first despite us arriving and ordering first. Lastly, there was a stark difference in demeanor from the two male workers that evening. They treated the customers behind our party very warmly, however they did not approach our party ( myself and two males) when we walked in despite being the only two employees present at the time. The woman who skipped me and assisted the other two in my party came from the back after we arrived. Very disappointing.
The Tai Tea Ice Cream is the best and most interesting thing I've ever had! Also their chocolate is very rich! This is an absolute must stop for people who love unique ice cream!
Unassuming ice cream shop with top notch flavors. The classics are great, but their coffee crackle, kulfi, and especially their fiery chocolate ice cream is incredible. I never knew ice cream could be so flavorful. Highly recommend this place!
We used to love this place. We would go every week during summer months as a family. The ice cream is yummy and it is in a good location. We have spent hundreds of dollars on ice cream at this place. One day my 5 year old dropped his ice cream leaving the store, he was in tears. They would not replace the kiddie scoop, instead charged us 5$ for a new ice cream.Not a great way to keep a loyal family coming back. Next time we’ll go to Ben and Jerry’s down the street.
Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. It is expensive, but totally worth it. We had 4 people in our party, and we got 3 flavors. Everyone was happy. Service was excellent. We will come back when we are in Portland again.
The owner gives the absolute smallest scoops. I've been patronizing this business for years, 13+. I've always loved their ice cream. Ms Eva owned this business previously and her portions were fair based on the price. I Finally decided to take my business elsewhere. The owner is extremely rude and her scoops are offensively small.
Very tasty, the flavors change often and are somewhat unique so they may not have the flavor you specifically want some times. So be prepared to maybe try something new
Cool Moon Ice Cream is absolutely delicious! I came with friends and all of us were very impressed by the quality of the ice cream and unique flavors (like Spicy Thai Peanut and Horchata Cookie). The woman serving us was very friendly and let us try many samples. I loved everything I tried - my favorite was the Thai Iced Tea! She told us all the ice cream was made on site. The space was cute with indoor and outdoor seating.
