Terrible Chipotle location. Hit up Muchas Gracias across the street. I went in the store at 8:15pm to find that the staff had closed down most of hot line way before we got there (they close at 10pm!). No chips, queso, lettuce, guac, most meats. Ended up getting steak but only the fatty chewy parts. The bowl was not hot and the they added enough sour cream to make it cold. This was the worst Chipotle experience I ever had.I’d advise firing the manager here and starting over. Oh, and the other reviews are right…this place is usually closed during busy hours. Again, Muchas Gracias is where you should go!
About a year ago, this place was my favorite restaurant in the city, but 3 of the last 5 times I've been here lately, they've been closed early during rush meal time, and the one time I put my order in online to pick up in store, they messed it up completely. I complained via the Chipotle website, and got comped a free meal, but every time I went to try to get it, they were closed early for no reason, and my meal replacement actually expired before I could catch this place open. So they got away with one, there.I have actually lost count of the times I've told myself to not come back to this restaurant, but have ended up going back because I like Chipotle in general, and every time, I've regretted it.Chipotle is great, but this location is terrible. Try the downtown ones or the one in Belmont.
Consistently closes early as well as disabling online orders. Every other reviewer seems so confused as to why this is happening but it's pretty obvious; nobody wants to work at Chipotle ----> Chipotle is under-employed---> Chipotle has to close early and disable online ordering. Why make $15 in a social setting (many people nowadays are scared to socialize) when you can make $20 working in a warehouse with better benefits?
Like other reviews mention, they are randomly closed. I've gone there during the afternoon and evening on weekdays and weekends to see the closed sign up.Either they don't have staff or the crime in the area is too bad.Go to Taco Peddler up the street instead.Get your house in order, Chipotle
0 Stars...Our nonprofit had a fundraiser scheduled there Saturday, April 2nd from 5-9 PM.Upon arrival at 5 o’clock, we found that they had closed early.No one at our organization was warned of this.They lost a lot of business and respect that night.We won’t be back
This location is consistently closed during business hours with no explanation. It has been like this for months and yet there are workers inside. Their website and Google says they are open, and they don't bother to put an explanation as to why they are not on their paper CLOSED signs.Mislabeling your hours and consistently closing for over 3 months is a good way to lose business altogether. How hard is it to update your hours or at least set some expectations?
Umm, would have been nice to have some proportion of cheese on my burrito. Little pieces of it as well as the chicken. Mostly tortilla with little sour cream either...and paid $20, with Uber Eats discount. Are we reduced to this during COVID, really?
I’m 4 months pregnant and grabbed a bowl here last night for dinner. By the time I woke up the next morning I had stomach pains so bad I thought I was miscarrying. I’ve never thrown up more in my life than I have since 7am this morning.. Im not sure if it was expired product or an issue with tempering product but I can hardly hold down water today and it sucks. I don’t blame any of the workers or managers, I work in fast food management as well and know how busy and stressful things can get. The crew here is great overall, maybe just be more cautious of the little things.
Un edible. Hard rice small amount of meet and chewy. Tortilla isn’t even cooked
This location is closed during normal operating hours most of the weeks and days. There is no notification other than locked doors, but you can see employees inside working. It appears that they seem to be making orders to go but are not serving customers inside the store. POOR customer service. I do not recommend coming to this location.
