Ordered this cheesesteak and what I got was fully soaked bread. I was so disgusted by what it looked like I thought I’d give it to my dog and it ran away. Really disappointed with how it was made. Not sure if that’s how all there sandwiches are made but from this bad experience I probably won’t be ordering from there again
I ordered 2 sandwiches one with no cheese and they still want to give it to me because they are busy to make another one that's what the cashier and the kitchen mangers said so.they to lazy to fix there mistake and the cook guy always in bad mode with his coworkers or rude with customers.the old crew was better.
Got the regular original cheesesteak with fries and drink. Can't eat it all bit very good.
One of my favorite sandwich places to eat at! I almost always get the same thing when eating here which is a Bacon 3 Cheese Steak sandwich with green peppers added and I love there 3 different lemonades with fresh fruit inside. There aren't many of these food joints in the Northwest. I wish there were more locations. They are found mostly on military bases. Awesome fries, great drinks, and amazing Philly sandwiches.
I love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or customer service. I love the blueberry lemonade. So yummy ?. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with a$$hole customers that are disrespectful. Yes, it’s hard to understand what people are saying with masks on so I can imagine it’s even harder to understand when English is your second language. Be patient. Treat others as you want to be treated. The food is delicious but everything tastes different when you have an attitude ??♀️
It seems that they changed owners and now, not only can't understand but when I asked not eye on my drink. She gave me the look. Dumped the ice and not fill up my drink all the way. She knew what she did. Obviously she didn't care. I was a long time customer, not anymore. I don't recommend this place.
3 times in a row the cashier can't Freaken speak or understand English! Gets irritated when I ask to repeat her self because I can't understand her, especially when they wear masks. This time I went I ordered 2 small sandwiches and a small fries. When I was waiting to get my sandwiches they only gave me one and said thats what I ordered. Like WTH im with my wife and 2 kids and all I ordered was 1 small sandwich and a fries. If you are working the cashier learn to speak and understand English, Please! I don't like being hangry and leaving without my food. 4 ? for food quality and 1 ? customer service ?

Charleys always has a line when I go there but there very fast, and always Worth the short wait! The Philly cheese steak is Always great and it hits the spot! Thanks Charleys crew!!!
