This place was ok, I've had better mongolian at other places, when the vegetables and meat were cooked the broccoli, little corns, carrots and mushrooms were still hard and felt like they were not cooked the shrimp were still a little blue..wondering if there cooking station was just not hot enough or if the food was just not on there long enough. The server was very nice. The other thing that sucks is you CAN NOT take ur leftovers with you even if you only went one trip and can not eat it all..such a WASTE I've been to other mongolian grills and have always been able to take it with you.
I usually love going to this place. And usually the cooks and the help are really are really great. But last night the one and only cooks they had clay had which happens to be their most creative cook seems very grumpy some people he was nice too too and others he was not and he wouldn't even say anything to them. We happened to be one of the groups of people he didn't want to talk to not really sure why hes always been very friendly and left me with an ununhappy feeling of being there. I'm sure everybody has their moments but when we pay this much to eat out, it would be nice if it could be a happy experience.
We usually love going to Changs.. Lately we’ve noticed the prices have been going further and further up and you get less and less portions. We went in this evening to do a take-out order so we could have a fun family night in and not only are the prices almost $20 a person, but it SAYS on their sign that you get three bowls to make your to-go box, but the guy only handed us two. We asked about the third bowl because it says so on their sign for take out orders and he said, “no, it’s only two bowls” and we pointed to their sign and said that it even said so on their sign that you get three bowls. He replied, “well these bowls are a little bigger so you only get two bowls”. The bowls aren’t any bigger, they’re just different shapes. They’ve been the same to-go bowls since they started doing take out. Nothing has changed, just apparently the amount of bowls you get to make a take out order, which is ridiculous because they advertise three bowls for to go orders. He also waited until we paid to tell us about the three bowls. If we would have known we would’ve only been getting two bowls, we would’ve gone somewhere else to get our moneys worth. I’ve worked customer service for a very long time and this guy didn’t seem to care much at all. $20 per person is a lot to be paying per person, especially to have them skimp you like that on the third bowl. They raise their prices and then take away how much you can get to go.. doesn’t seem fair. The two bowls don’t even fill up the to-go box either..
I love it. Been coming here for years and never had a problem! The short guy behind the grill is the only guy i can count on. I have been to other mongolian grills around the metro area and this is by far the best one.
The food here is absolutely delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly! I cannot recommend the restaurant enough.
I didn't expect this restaurant to be this amazing! Everything was very fresh eventhough it was middle of the week. Staff were nice and friendly.
Meh. It was okay. I have been to other places that have the same concept. The quality of the food is very good, but my food was burned and overcooked that mainly being the noodles. Service was nearly non-existent.
It was awesome I've been going here since a little kid cooks nice waitresses are awesome definitely recommend
Very good as usual. Allways a good place eat.
One of my favorite places to eat! Delicious all you can eat buffet with the friendliest staff and phenomenal prices! As an added plus, if you are well behaved during your meal, they'll give you a sweet treat to top it off!
