Racist bouncers. This man kicked me out for throwing my pepper spray in the crate that they were keeping them in outside of the door. Apparently I was "too aggressive" and endangering this man that is more than double my size. A white girl directly in front of me in line was let in with a hot pink pepper spray. It is Juneteenth and my friend and I were the only Black people in sight. I guess not everyone is welcome to celebrate pride here... I will not be returning.

I’ve been in Portland, visiting with family for the first time and was so excited to hit this bar as it’s lgbtq+ friendly and the securities all took one look at our group and didn’t let us in because they said we looked “drunk” and we were a risk to them? When literally all we did in line was laugh? But they literally let in the drunk WHITE people behind us in no problem! I honestly just feel like this place is racist and not POC friendly! I’ve been all across the country to different gay bars and have never had this kind of treatment. I really expected more from this place <\3 but wish I could give this establishment 0 stars!

I called to see if the cc was going to have queens out for pride the person that picked up the phone was really rude and said to me well isn't that what pride is and hang up on me. I was just trying to find a good place to hang out with people but it will not be here if they act like that get it together you are in a customer service job I would never treat people or my customers like that

I’m updating my review because as a trans person I went ahead and used the womens bathroom with no judgement and found they have trans nights on thursdays. Guess they found a new regular/transplant from Chicago

Idk about this place.. door guy was rude and thought my new Oregon ID wasn’t real. At least know what your own state ID looks and feels like?! As someone who is well over 21 and isn’t originally from the US this was really weird and uncomfortable. Security is overly eager

I'm disappointed in CCs for numerous reasons and haven't been back. It's not poc friendly imo, there was a Poppin Black hip hop show in which it was PACKED and they didn't want to have it again. Not to mention I have seen and heard from numerous people how ccs is allowing someone with multiple assault allegation(with proof) to make light of a situation by having a show called cancelled queens. try not to perform here either some "producers" will stop you from making money over personal beef. It's gross and I haven't been there in months. I physically can't bring myself to go I'm so uncomfortable about it.

Great nightclub! cheap drinks and friendly staff. We went after a concert on a weekday and it was fun. I didnt like that they stop the music and got the lights on at 1am without notice. But besides that, lots of fun!

NOT TRANSGENDER FRIENDLY!!!!!My husband and I have always loved going to CCs. We felt it was such a great lgbt space and we used to really enjoy it. This was BEFORE my husband’s transition. Last night, my husband was forced to use the labeled “womens” restroom in order to sit down to pee. He had to do this multiple times while there and it was extremely dysphoric. After asking a bartender about this issue, they were dismissive stating “we only have the sitting restroom or the standing restroom”. However, that’s not what these restrooms are labeled. They are clearly labeled “men” and “women”. Forcing trans men to go into what’s labeled as the “womens” bathroom simply to pee. I am completely outraged with this experience and unless they change the labels on their bathroom doors to be accepting of transness, we are 100% not going back. And that sucks because we used to love the place. Us and our friends will all just go to Darcelle’s where they do have gender affirming bathrooms!

We came for a friends birthday and honestly we were having a great time until the bar tender told us to keep it down. I would have understood if my friend was yelling frequently ( she whoooood once) and we were enjoying our friends birthday. The environment was great till then. But the fact the manager did come talk to me and i was able to express how I felt and was apologetic was very nice. Although we won’t be coming back sometime. I appreciated being heard. We hope you don’t experience the same and just have fun and dance the night away!!

Was a great place to be, however a variety of music is/would have made it better. Don't get me wrong a little bit of tech is fine but 5 solid hours of it no thank you. Will consider going back, but music definitely needs a revamp
