This is a family run business. That pay attention to detail in how they cut there meats. Nice selection of products that you won't find in a grocery store. Such as pork bellies that cured and smoked whole.The store is so clean you could eat off the ground.Iam sure they get 100 percent on there food inspections.I purchased some pork tenderloins.I will be coming back.As far as some poor reviews, their BS.A store that pays that amount of attention to detail, in every way dosent have these problems.

just got a pound of top sirloin for me and my fiance for our anniversary. it was absolutely one of the most tender steaks I've ever bought, period.
Sadly I had the same experience as a few others, we were sold rotten steaks. I hate to leave a bad review for a local business but how can a butcher sell rotten meat?

Barbecue grills beware... I came in for a tenderloin roast, left with a tenderloin roast. Mmmmm.... Hmmmmmm... Mr Cason hooked me up with a fine piece of beef... Took special care to clean and remove muscle lining with a filet knife. Selected about 5 to 6 inches to prepare. (Cut the roast in half for 2 servings) Simple salt, pepper and a few spices....Sous Vide technique 131.5 degrees 2.7hrs for about 3 lbs of roast... let rest for 15 min, PAT DRY, seared in cast iron while basting in butter.... looking for that dark brown bark.... Beautiful. One of the best steaks one could prepare. Thank you MR. CASON. Oh so tender and taste.. What could be better? A RE RIDE in a few days....I have the other half that I will reheat with Sous Vide and will have a re-ride in a few days. Now that is as good as it gets... enjoy the pics
Thank you so much for making such amazing sides for my family as we waited to hear if my nephew made it out of bypass surgery. He made it! The collard greens were eaten before I was done serving everyone. 4 out of 4 people said they were the best food they have ever eaten. I agree. Fantastic! Baked beans are gone too. Ugh! I want more!
