Empanada de aji de gallina ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- I think this might be my favorite dishArroz chaufa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- loved the pork belly- I really loved how the vegetables were cooked for this- I like the combination of texture, I liked the crunchSeco de cordero ⭐⭐⭐⭐- didn't have a bad lamb after taste- maybe a little too much rice for me, wish there was more vegetables and beans- preferred the arroz chaufa more maybeBatida morada ⭐⭐⭐⭐- like a smoothie- not too sweet

Casa Zoraya is a gem in Portland. The Peruvian food feels authentic and is delicious. The empanada was well made and all the sauces added a ton to the dishes. The ceviche were refreshing with the corn giving you texture to add to the acidity of the dish. Highly recommend

Went to Portland for a 3 day trip from up in Vancouver Canada.I lived in Peru for 11 years so hope that gives me permission to judge. hahaFood was really really good. The pisco sour was right on point. Started with some anticuchos, which could have been a little bit thicker, but that's okay, and papa rellena. Then ceviche and aji de gallina. The entries took a little longer than expected to arrive, but I guess the kitchen was busy.I did heard the chefs yelling orsers, which is always a good sign that they know what they're doing. Service was top quality and the vibe inside the restaurant as well. Overall great experience!!

Some of the best Peruvian food I’ve tried. Great vegan options. So tasty and delicious! Outdoor seating was great, heaters available.

Amazing. We will be back. We ordered ceviche, a special beet and cheese salad, chicken empanadas, and diver scallops.

Why not explore an exotic cuisine from Peru that fuses the ethnic historic influence of Incan, Spanish and Asian foods? Small place with limited parking, but very prompt and friendly service, coupled with a delightful varieties of food and drink in ample servings of very high quality ingredients. Reservations are strongly encouraged in a casual place. Start with a Peruvian cocktail (Pisco) and tapa-like appetizers. Peruvian geography and historic agriculture ensures lots of white and sweet potato based entree's, such as papa rellena (potato croquette). Empanada de Aji de Galliina provides a complex savory pastry of chicken and other goodies. Be sure to have Picarones for dessert. All of the foods we shared were exceedingly fresh and tasty.

My husband and I went here for date night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant is small and cozy and wonderfully decorated. The food portions were perfect and you could taste the high quality ingredients. It was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back.

Holy holy this place is AMAZING!!! Haven’t written a restaurant review in a while, but I had to come give it some love. I had the ceviche, and the vegetarian empanadas. Pictured is the mushroom entree, which was also amazing. But the CEVICHE- oh my god. The dance of flavors in your mouth- seriously, one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Not to mention the passion fruit pisco sour- my friend remarked that it was one of the best cocktails she’d had in Portland- and I’d have to agree. Could easily drink a jug of them. Hidden gem, owned by a Peruvian family (word is), must eat here. Next time will take more photos of all dishes- but was too absorbed in enjoying it this time.

We went here for a double date and absolutely loved our experience. The food was so flavorful and delicious. The portions were really decent. This is a great intimate space!

AMAZING. Best food I've had in Portland. Staff is wonderful. Drinks were superb. Can't say enough about my experience.
