Fresh ramen, and great gyozos. Cute little outside picnic benches, warmed with heaters in places. Friendly cart staff. And plenty of other cart choices. Reasonable prices
A mix of different nationalities so the food choices are plenty. Clean with lots of seating we love to go there for a quick lunch or dinner.

Pretty great place to get delicious food for cheap. My only complaint is that every single food cart that sells Bobba Tea puts WAY to much sugar in them. Much to sweet, and I love sweets
I'm not a fan of every cart in this pod, but I'm so happy this place exists. It's not the fanciest food card pod you'll ever see in Portland, but it has a great vibe, things work (parking, tables, restrooms, etc.), and I'm super grateful to have it in my neighborhood. Best Taste of India is fantastic (vegan options, including an amazing Aloo Chana!) and Wicked Garden Alchemy (100% vegan) is phenomenal. There are also other great places to grab a bite. And, of course, there's boba here, too!
Cartlandia has been a great place for us due the variety of foods they have. It had been about a year since we had been there. We decided to eat at Los Jefes Taqueria and OMG!!! I am truly disappointed. We had a barbacoa sope and it only took a bite to KNOW that this was not a good idea. The flavor was so strong and the meat was burnt. The sope was as flat as a tortilla. We also had a chicken tamal that was dry and again the flavor was like stale or old. The lengua tacos had about 5 little pieces of it. I am NOT exaggerating with any of this. We tried their champurrado and it was good no complaints there. What’s even worse is that we drive 20 min to get there. This time the cart we chose was not a place we will try again. Customer service was good and fast. I did not take pics since we drove back to our hotel to eat our food. We will still go to Cartlandia but never there again!

Lots of good foot carts here and I love the Blue Room bar. They're super cool about letting you bring your food cart food into eat while you get drinks. Only downside to cartlandia is the parking situation can be a bit of a pain on busy days.
