I love this place! I work in the building and absolutely cannot get enough. Everything I've tried is delicious and I've never had a disappointing visit. I highly recommend the huevos rancheros with that amazing molcajete. Everything here is fantastic, including the people.

Tasty place for breakfast, she was pretty busy and the service was a little slow, but worth it.

Caiman Cafe is a wonderful spot to find downtown when you want something cozy, locally owned, and delicious. You need to try the Cuban Sandwich here. It's some of the best slow cooked pork I've had, a beautiful and juicy delight next to quality think slices of ham, provolone, pickles, and classic yellow mustard. The whole thing is press fried and they must squeeze a little oil for each side of the process because the bread is more than toasted where it's been pressed flat, it's got just a hint of that oily light fry crisp. Match that with the few strands of melted cheese that runs down the side and also crisps on the griddle top and I honestly can't stop thinking about it.This is a great breakfast or lunch stop, ESPECIALLY if you happen to land jury duty as it's right next to the new Multnomah county courthouse.

Wow. This place is amazing. Great staff and yummy food! I got a iced coffee with oat milk, the special "Plato Vegetarian", and a churrio. Delicious ? will be back!!

Jury duty silver lining. Discovered this place which is so so good and flavorful. Will have to find my way back here for sure. Fried plantains make everything better.

Great service along with the food

The owner handed my boyfriend and I a flyer for the spot, we stopped in the next day for brunch & coffee! So cute, casual and very dedicated business practices. Much respect, everyone should check it out!!!

This place is amazing! Can't say enough.Food is to die for. Cuban sandwich is just out of this world.Espresso is really good!Place gives more home vibe, than restaurant. Love the music! Just enough to hear the words, but not loud that you cannot make a phone call.Lady working there is just super nice! I do think she is the owner.I stay at Curio often. This is where I will be having my coffee and set up "my work desk".

Love the fact that they are opened on the weekend! One of only a handful of restaurants in the area

Probably the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had. So happy to have a good Cuban spot here!
