You will never be disappointed with the food at Cadillac Cafe! We've been going there for years with our kids, and now as seniors! Best ever!!! Never disappointed!! And we must mention Connor, our server, a true delight! Thank you, Connor, for an amazing event at Cadillac with you the other morning!Je ne sais quoi!!! Jane & Jim
The Cadillac is special. It's a throwback to the old days of neighborhood diners-- there are regulars who come in for their meal, or maybe just a cup of coffee and a visit. There are the red-hat ladies who have their semi-regular meetings (?) here. Young couples for an affordable big meal of the day make up a serious segment of the clientele. Business folks, retired folks, and anybody else might stop by. Staff is friendly, experienced, and doesn't rush you. The coffee keeps coming as long as you want it. The furniture is comfortable and the people are comfortable. Nothing is too fancy, but everything is clean and easy. There's a nice, homey feeling here. And then, the food: plan to be hungry when you get here! In addition to a terrific menu, the portions are definitely generous... and tasty. I've eaten here several times, both before and after the Covid pandemic hit Portland, and there has been no sign of change in the excellent quality and quantity of the food, the service, and the general good feeling of the Cadillac Café. An extra bonus here comes when you spot the reason for the Cafe's name: parked in a special spot inside the restaurant, on display for everyone to see, is a wonderful old 1960-something (or is it 1950-something?) pink Cadillac, complete with fins! I haven't seen anyone actually get into it-- I think that might be a little tacky-- but it I've sure seen a lot of photos taken. The Cadillac isn't fancy, but it's fun, it's friendly, and it has lots of good food. It's a winner in this neighborhood!
Super good food. Highly recommend to any and all people.
Food was so delicious and our server, Sage, was very attentive, friendly and kind.
Great food but the best part was our server Blake!!The Oregonian mocha was perfect. Sad the Cadillac was gone though!
The Cadillac cafe is a cool concept and theme. I enjoyed visiting and thought the food was decent. I got a decently sized scramble fully loaded with sausage, bacon and potatoes and everything. The only bummer was that we didn’t get to see the Cadillac on display as it was removed. Additionally I felt that the prices for this brunch spot could be a little lower. Anyways, the food was decent and we enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic restaurant. Had the French Dip. I got it with no onions or peppers, my preference. Staff is nice and the place looks great.
Had a great late breakfast/brunch here. Friendly staff, great ambiance and very good T.B.CL.T. sandwich. ??
Such a pleasant experience coming here. This is a regular spot for us. Kid friendly but with plenty of adult amenities on the menu. Some of the best omelets and their pancakes are amazing. They even offer seasonal menus (like champagne brunch on mother's day). Get there early because they fill up fast!!
First time going there, great food, great service. I’m coming back again.
