I order small fries. They gave me large. I ordered large strawberry lemonade. They put a lot ice. 60%. I should have said no ice. They lady asked me if I want any sauce. I said I never been here before. She named all the sauces they had. She didn’t tell me you had to pay for them. ??♀️ lucky I only ordered one sauce. The lady at the drive-through window said will you give a tip 15 % or 25%? I said No. she got sad and I paid and left. The fries were all wet and I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. It wasn’t worth the drive and my time .
I have been stuck in this drive-thru for 35 minutes so far. 35 minutes. There were only 5 cars in front of me. If I could escape this line, I would but alas... I can't. I'm stuck here, in my car, questioning my life's choices. Especially the ones that brought me to this god-forsaken drive-thru in the first place. Burgerville is always tasty... but is it "$15 for a drive-thru burger and fries that has now has kept me hostage for 37 minutes tasy"? I don't think so. This particular Burgerville is always taken forever, but this is crazy. I am now waiting at the window because they are confused which order is mine. "You were the bacon cheeseburger and fries right?" FML I was about 45 minutes ago... now I am "I just want my 45 minutes back." P.S. please fix the flashing light in the drive thru.Someone is going to have a seizure sitting under a strob light for 45 minutes.
Some of the best burgers and fries I've ever had, and for affordable prices as well. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, will definitely come back
Had a ? sunday, a 1/4 lber and waffle fries. My cat Pansy, got a little jealous??. Everything was delicious. I'm with a group and we go on outings, and stop at a Burgerville's most of the ?. Thank you.

I like burgerville’s food because it’s local and they treat their employees better than other fast food joints but this place is a disaster. Every time I go the line isn’t necessarily long, but slow. It can take upwards of 10 minutes for them to get one car through their window. I sat in line for FIFTY minutes for them to get 7 cars done. It absolutely needs more employees or new owners and a change of management.
The self-service fountain drink machine was out of ice (location) and this was the absolute worst and overpriced fish n chips I have ever had (overall chain). Save your time and money for real food and a good experience elsewhere.

Picked up food in drive thru on Friday Feb 4th. Spent 27$ for 2 burgers fries and 2 milkshakes. The burgers were the worst my husband and have ever had meat was cold, cheese wasn't melted. My husband had a bacon cheese burger with no cheese. Won't be returning any time soon
I got a Hazelnut Chocolate Bliss Shake and it was the worst shake I've ever had. Usually I love Burgerville shakes but not this time from this location. Idk what flavor they made or what they put in it but it didn't taste anything like it was supposed to. It had some type of grounds in it and didn't have any flavor. Never going to this Burgerville again.
