I ordered the Walla Walla Onion Rings, the Walla Walla Burger, and the smaller size raspberry lemonade, for a total over $13. The rings tasted great, but there were only three of them, though the drink was tasty and the typical oversized american cup loaded full of ice, but the burger definitely disappointed. It was cooked properly, and the burger even looked nice, but there just wasn't much taste. I don't feel it was worth the price paid.
The vegetarian burger is pretty good. Not bad for 8 bucks.
Ordered ahead on the mobile app. Was texted that our order was on it's way out shortly after arriving. After waiting 15 more minutes and seeing a dozen cars both arrive AND leave the drive through (and therefore ordered AFTER me) I finally went inside. The (lone) bag on the warmer was mine. They handed to me. I had to point out that it was missing several items and beverages. AFTER finally getting the whole order the fries were cold and soggy, and the salad they had originally forgotten was slimy and rotten. Had to throw it out. What is the point of ordering ahead?
That was just kind of awkward, me trying to hand over my cash in the drive through, and the woman in the window wasn't even paying attention, just holding a card reader out to me.Anyways, when is the dining area going to be reopened to the public? I think it's been long enough.
Bring back the chopped white onion sauce you used to put on burgers. Also pay your employees a living wage so they don't have to beg for tips. Food's good though!
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! They forgot to give me the coke that I paid for then when I asked for it tried to charge me for another coke .when I complained the manager Jamie said I had to pay for another coke. They where incredibly rude to me. Every restaurant messes orders up. Every restaurant gives away a few items a day to make up for mistakes. I have been going to burgerville since I was a child and never have I been treated so rudely. This restaurant Jaimee was completely out of line and she has put me off of ever going back to burgerville again.
Drive thru in pouring rain was perfect. Beef burger was best I have had anywhere in a long time, Turkey burger good tasting although a little overcooked. French fries : fresh not oily at all= excellent! GREAT FAST FOOD!
They aren't what they used to be in the 80s the burger looked all smashed like I was being served food in the military or retirement home . Just not my go to place any more with their prices . Feels like pride in their food has left the building .
I was kind of sad I got my first Burger from here I didn't have any expectation but the meat was cold and I hadn't even opened the bag less than 5 minutes after leaving the drive-thru. I was feeling a little indifferent about the strawberry milkshake but it felt a little weird just cuz it tasted more like a cheesecake but it kind of saved the whole experience so I'm a little on the fence whether or not I'd go back but I feel confident knowing that I would probably have a better experience at a different location. Thank you step it up please make sure the food is actually hot
Had a good burger, originally came for the breakfast menu, sadly this location does not have it
