Good basic cheeseburger, if a little sloppy. Tasty sauce.Fries were crispy and very salty.Milkshakes are OK. Not customizable - can't get a black and white. And the biggest drawback was the paper straw. It collapsed on first such. Useless in a thick shake. But the burger was good.

My husband and I ate here twice and both times had the "Build Your Own Burger" Beyond Beef. It came with fries, but we upgraded to onion rings (99 cents more). Our first order was "to go" and Cage, our server, was friendly and helpful.

It's a fast food style burger, nothing special. The Half Pound burger is just two 1/4 paddies, no grilled flavor. The dipping sauces are $0.25 and although it's decent I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. Now, having that said. The waffle fries are phenomenal and extra crispy

Always love a good burger with fries and a shake. The waffle fries this time didn't taste sweet. Is it just me or did every other Burgerville I visit has sweet waffle fries.

Delicious. Great customer service. I couldn’t imagine working in a busy location in Portland with some Sketchy customers, and getting paid minimum wage. The workers in this location deserve more than whatever the base pay is.

Staff were very polite and nice. I also seen a staff member who was 8 months pregnant like myself and Also having a baby boy. She was very friendly ??

Mint shake!

We stopped in here on our way home to BC, never having visited before - and we were so sad to have to go home! Everything was soo good - the burgers were like homemade but better, the waffle fries were perfectly done and the strawberry sundae was probably the best thing I've ever eaten in my life. Service was fast and friendly. We definitely hope to visit again!

Okay food and amazing staff but I just feel upset that I had to pay .25 for sauces, shouldn’t this come with your meal? It’s not about the money, obviously I can afford .25, it’s the principal. I sure do hate being taken advantage of. Companies just try to get you for anything these days, I sware. oh and do we have to ask for napkins now? Does that cost extra because I didn’t get any in the bag. Nobody told me the sauce costs extra so I just got a surprise on my receipt. Lastly, I’ve never heard of tipping in a drive-thru, whilst I felt obligated to leave a tip so the lady didn’t think I was a jerk, I think it’s your responsibility as a corporation to pay your employees a livable wage instead of asking your customers to pick up the slack for you. I have never been so finessed in a drive thru just to get a darn burger, I highly doubt you will change your business practices because *money* but I don’t see the value in coming back to this place. Many other burger joints out there and ones where my total won’t be $31.00 by the end of it all.

Dining room not open. Was with a group on foot, and the other members tried and failed to order via the app. (Its error messages were distinctly lacking in actionable information.) Eventually determined from signage that they would permit us to walk through the drive up window. They were happy to serve us in this manner, although it was hardly a pleasant experience to wait in line behind vehicles. They delivered the food in front fairly quickly, and it was of decent quality - at their traditionally high price point. But I would absolutely not return if any other options exist. At a bare minimum they should have a bell and take orders from the sidewalk window.
