Burgers and fries are overpriced and definitely not worth it. The patty was raw and the fat was dripping out of the burger. When paying they told us there is no option to not give a tip. That’s pretty rude. The fries were okay. Wouldn’t recommend ..
Burger beef wasn‘t done and it was so incredibly greasy… and what a wonder it tasted bad and i have stomach pain now…Just go to McDonalds around the corner and this point they won‘t disappoint you like that and they‘re cheaper
When you wait in line for forty minutes for a milkshake and get to the window and it's warm milk... And you also order a strawberry shortcake sundae, that gets no shortcake... No thanks!
Great burger, as usual, but I had to wait about 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers. The server did apologize for the wait.
Do you want to pay $15 for 3 small shakes, wait 20 minutes and still not have shakes, and have to leave without a refund because the place is so disorganized they can't even refund on time? Oh, then be asked if you want to tip on top of the huge prices? This one is for you.
Friendly. Waffley fries with BBQ sauce were tasty, but small means small: I was surprised to run out of fries before BBQ sauce. Large classic chocolate milkshake had zero units of perceptible chocolate taste and was an absolute waste of money; tasted entirely like whipped cream, only.
This place is legit good. Hop burger is so juicy. Service is friendly and drive through is fast. Hazelnut shake is a must try.
Came here around dinner time so the drive thru was a understandably slow but the food was worth the wait. I even added a drink that I forgot to my order at the window and the employees were cool with it. Had a bacon cheeseburger and cold brew milkshake, both were hot and delicious. Prices are a little high but only because this is better quality than big fast food places.
I haven't been here in a couple of years... Oh man, what a nice surprise. The fries were perfect & the bliss shakes were so much better than I had expected. I really do love Burgerville.
The food here is always insanely good, the burgers top notch. I will say the prices are a bit high, so I only come here once in a while for a treat.
