Great service, wings, burgers where superb. Very friendly server, very helpful with information about the city for out of town visitors. Would definitely go back when we are back in town.

We ordered online and received chicken that had been cooked with its feathers still attached. I understand if a supplier messed up and delivered them that way, but as the cook how was this not caught?

Can’t order online today. Also spent 10 minutes on hold to place the order over the phone, only to be told they can’t honor the 10 wings+ fries combo that’s available online ordering for 12.99 because ‘management’ turned off online ordering. Instead they’d like to happily charge me over $20 for the same thing so I’ll just eat elsewhere.

Was fun great music took my daughters for lunch. Would go back.

If I could give it less then 1 star I would. I do not know how the staff at the downtown Portland location managed to screwed up the order I placed on Uber Eats but they did. I even went and double checked my Uber Eats order to make sure I really did order the dirty dubs tots with honey bbq sauce and that I didnt make a mistake when placing the order. Low and behold everything was entered into Uber Eats correctly. However the receipt stapled to the bag the food came in said that I asked for no honey bbq which wasn't how I ordered them. Thanks to them chanung my order the dirty dubs tots were extremely dry and absolutely disgusting. Plus the didn't include the side of onion rings which I paid extra to upgrade to with my chicken wrap. They are going to issue a refund however I still don't recommend order from the Morrision St. location in downtown Portland, OR. If your going order Buffalo Wild Wings using a food delivery app I highly advise ordering from the beaverton location which is the one I normally get my food from and have always been completely happy as well as satisfied with the results and recommend ordering food from somewhere else if they aren't available at the time you are want to get some food. I do have to note that my Uber Eats driver was amazing and this bad experience has nothing to do with the delivery driver or Uber Eats as that portion of the situation was flawless and wonderful. This is solely on the Morrision St Buffalo Wild Wings and their staff.

I work in customer service myself and after getting off yesterday my coworker and i got some wings and i ordered an old fashion. Drink wasn't to strong and was made classy the way it should be and the food was good but what really stook out ti me is i left my really noce blue tooth headphones there by accident and they kept it nice in their lost in found their manager wasnt annoyed and was very helpful making super easy to grab without a fuss before going to my job. I will definitely be bacl hopefully this time without losing anything.?

We had a large family which was probably why it took over an hour before the food came out cold. No plates just napkins to eat on. All told I hated it. I'm sure guys like that minimal dining style ?

Ordered pickup and the estimated time jumped from like 20 minutes to 70 minutes. I kept checking the tracker and picked up my food on time, but the food was cold. On top of that, the wings weren't even properly sauced. It's also disappointing that some pieces are half the size of others. I'm thinking this will be my last order from here, which is a shame since they used to be so good.

When we called to see if they still had them, they promised us a free order of fries as an apology, but when we went back to pick them up they didn't give us the fries. Why lie to us? Should've just said they weren't able to offer anything in return.Also, the mango-habanero sauce tasted strange, like rotten food. I had had those before in another occasionand they didn't taste like that.The food is really good the majority of times, but it's just better to eat there.
