Very good ambience, nice vibe and good service as well. However, the food options are limited and didn’t quite taste very good either. Heard a lot of positive reviews for this place but was disappointed with the quality of the food. Here’s what we ordered and how we felt:Mango lassi - 4/5Ginger lemonade (must try) - 5/5Bhel Puri - 3/5Vada pav - 5/5Pav Bhaji - 3/5Roti with chana - 3.5/5Raitha - 4/5Could’ve gone with a 3.5 rating but like I mentioned, the number of options were very limited and the taste was ok, hence the 3!

I had the pork vindaloo. Very good flavor and the meat was tender and delicious. The price was a little higher than I would have expected, but I would come back to try one of the wraps I saw on other peoples' tables. They looked and smelled amazing.Service was friendly and was helpful with menu questions since it was our first time visiting. We were lucky enough to find parking around the corner and came at 4:30 pm so there was no wait for seating or ordering. We sat on the outdoor patio which was open, airy, and welcoming.Overall a very enjoyable dining experience.

Fun atmosphere with casual Indian dishes.

A long-time favorite! Usually I’ve eaten at the Alberta location but tried the Division location. Division had a nice big tent where people could take their food outside but we got our food to go. Super friendly staff and very easy to order through ChowNow, time estimates were correct. Everything was delicious as usual.

We had a mango lasso, makhani, and chicken curry. DH also had a tap beer. The beverages were above average, but the main courses were lackluster, and seemingly not authentic in spice level, as compared to other Indian restaurants I've been to.

We always stop by here when we go to Portland. The food is not the best Indian food out there but it preserves the authentic flavors and has always been great quality. We got the Thali with chicken curry and the chicken Tikka bowl this time. It's a little expensive for the quantity but you pay for the ambience and quality as well. Nothing to complain on the Thali although it could have come with some pickle to complete the experience. In the past we have had the chicken kathi roll and that has never disappointed. Note: none of the food here is spicy.Always a repeat. Will go back again when in Portland.

Second time ever having Indian food - so delicious. The colors on my plate and the presentation were beautiful! The All India Permit was an amazing drink!

Was told by fellow indian friends that this place is over hyped and I will be disappointed with flavor and quantity. Well I gave it a try and it was disappointing. Food was served cold (disgusting), very bland food and overpriced. Please don’t let your desperation for indian snacks lead you to this place.

The ambience was amazing and service fast. Loved the vada pav(definitely a must have) but paneer was a bit bland.

I just moved to Portland about 6 months ago and have been trying to find a good Indian food place ever since. We stumbled upon this last night and I was incredibly impressed. I loved the ambiance of their outdoor area, the staff were very sweet, and we got the few vegetarian options they offered- Vada Pav (first time having this anywhere and I will be back VERY soon for more. Oh my gosh those flavors are perfect). Kathi Roll with Panner was amazing as well- made for an awesome late night snack later since I could not finish it! We also did the Paneer Makhani Thali Plate and everything was very flavorful, rich, and balanced. We will certainly be back soon. (typing this as I devour my leftovers and wishing I had more...) I do wish they had a few more vegetarian or vegan options- their prices were a bit high for the Thali plates as well, but I am willing to pay the money for excellent food and a fun atmosphere.
