Holy cannoli what a place!!! It has this corner store, mom and pop vibe. And the sandwiches?!?!?!?! So good. I had the chopped cheese and it was oozing flavor(do I detect cumin ?). We as a community need to protect Bodega PDX. Bring your family, buy some homemade spaghetti, order one of their killer sandwiches, buy some smokes(if that’s your cup or tea). Bodega PDX has it all! Bodega PDX is what Portland needs!! I will definitely be back and next time I’m bringing the family.
A must have if you’re in the neighborhood! Best sandwiches, homemade food, craft beers, and all the snacks you could want. Staff is friendly and efficient. Most authentic bodega vibe in Portland
Easily best sandwich in Portland. Amazing beer selection and every sandwich is made with love. If you’re from out of town, this will truly make you feel like a local.
Friendly staff, great sandwich menu. Unique sandwiches ? & other items. They also have a good wine & beer selection.
Just happened to be in the area and had the urge to stop in. Best decision ever. There are a lot of locally-made food items for sale and the sandwiches are amazing. I will happily go out of my way to visit again.
2 Stars - One for PREVIOUSLY being the best bodega sammie shop in PDX. The other star is for going so down hill in the last 6 months I'm writing my first Google review....My favorite part of eating here is having to come home and put condiments on my sandwich.Over priced - and poor quality
The bead is dry and just a big take away from the sandwich. I had the white. And at 12+ $ it's not worth it. The bread is so important and it is the down fall of this would be tasty sandwich. They hay tons of options on the side ready to go to choose from. The older woman reached into a thief's purse and pulled out some wine she attempted to steal. I did not feel comfortable taking photos afterwards because of that experience. I may go get some of their sides. Then get some photos to add then. One sandwich is big enough for two people. Store was clean and good customer service. Food looks great and is good except for the bread that ruins it all, for me at least.
The bread is absolute garbage, it’s like those fake baguettes you get from Safeway. Barely any meat, cheese, or toppings inside the sandwich and there was so much mayo, I couldn’t stand to finish it. $16 for the worst sandwich I’ve ever had.
One of the best deli sandwiches around! Try their chocolate pistachio cannolis, you won’t regret it.
Tasty sandwich. Good potato salad.
