They finally reopened !!! Super excited ?! The fact they have more beef than rice in their kimbap in this day and ages is a sign of respect to their customers! Yum ?
Rarely in my takeout dining experiences do I come across a place that hits every mark with the level of consistency and quality like Bibi. I tried this place once and immediately returned for the next 3 out of 4 days for good reason. Every dish is made with care and expertise, the ingredients come to life magically and although its takeout you can tell that even the presentation of the meal is put together with care and kindness no matter how busy they may be.Only thing better than the food is the customer service. Very friendly and courteous and always aware of the next customer walking through the door making sure everyone gets taken care of in a timely manner even when there is a line of people waiting for their order to be ready.Bibi 2 go will be the place for YOU even if you despise Korean food which is almost next to impossible and there is no doubt you will find the right menu item for your particular palate. Personally the Cup Bap is to die for but that being said I have enjoyed everything else almost just much. All in all Bibi 2 Go is the Bibi 4 ME!!!
We had bibimbop - lots of choices of meat/meatless, egg or not, tofu or not, rice (brown or white), noodles - which was excellent with fresh pickled veggies and spicy tofu. We had crab puffs (excellent but little crab) and another spicy dish (wonderful but not spicy until we added sricha - which they will add on request. Free delivery or easy pickup.
The food here has a deeper and richer flavor than any other fine Korean restaurant.✨ We had japchae and sundubu.? Definitely one of the best places to eat Korean food, except that you can't eat in.??
I used them for a large order for a work lunch to feed about 12 staff members and they were so accommodating and helpful! They made sure my order was correct and let me adjust things as needed as I got orders from the staff. Everything was really tasty and it was a big hit!
PROTIP: order ahead thru their website before you go to pick it up!When i got delivery for the bibimbap and kimbap it was delicious as hell. But one day i went in for a roll of kimbap and ended up waiting for about 30min. But it was dinner time and there was a long line of people in front of me who already ordered. I get it! But what confuses me was that part of the kimbap was cold and part hot. But i m still giving it four stars cuz i think they just got busy with the orders and the last few times i had their food it was not as bad as this time. I will give it the benefit of the doubt for now.
It was my first time eating Dduk bok gi and holy cow it was so good! 10/10 recommend
I love the jahb chae and bulgogi! Always hot, fresh, and consistent. Did I mention it’s authentic and at a great price? I think you get a lot for your money here. Plus, kind service when I get take out. Definitely recommend.
Awesome food, great prices. One of the best spots in Portland. Flavors on flavors
You should go to this place right away if you want yummy Korean food at an affordable price. Sleeping in downtown Portland as a visitor from the Bay Area, I ordered Dae Ji Bul Go Gi ($13; marinated spicy pork) and Cup bap (a bowl of rice with bulgogi or pork and some side dishes) online for pick up. My wife said a “regular” Cup Bap ($10) is enough (a lot) for her. Since my wife and I originally came from Los Angeles and now are staying in the Bay Area, we know Korean dishes and brown bags for that matter. Their foods are kind of authentic, one of the best, and super satisfying for most of those who like Korean cuisine. Though it seems a to-go option is only available now, it was clean inside, and the staff was fabulously friendly. If you are Korean, you will never regret ordering here. We tremendously recommend you try this place (if you are a visitor) or make it your regular (for Oregonians)!
