I love Ben and Jerry's ice cream! Super friendly staff, and the best ice cream in Portland! Tons of vegan options as well!
Well I couldn't even get ice cream because they don't take cash on a card that's ridiculous. Don't you know you can't catch the virus through cash.

May taste ok, (tho not quiiiite as creamy imho as HaagenDaaz & a couple others…) but we kinda lost our appetite for B&J over the company making grumpy political stands lately. Dessert is supposed to be relaxing, without cares & negative overtones.

Great ice cream, but horrible customer service at this store! Worker with red hair just rolled her eyes at us and wasn't nice at all! Worse customer service I've ever had no doubt.
Well this is the last time I come to this place, you have to order from the sidewalk and yet they still want you to wear a mask, then they tell me they don't accept cash for my order they only accept cards, they do however accept cash for tips and cards as well then they pressure me to.leave a tip from my card. I said ya if it wasn't such a headache to order a milkshake id have left a cash tip but im not leaving a tip after having to try to wrap my head around the logic behind that b.s.
Fast and professional staff. Clean store and great prices. Delicious ice cream and good location.
