just moved to this area and went here for the first time. 2 younger kids, girl was nice but when we walked in they were both sitting on their phones. the guy was not paying any attention, looked bored and annoyed. had both airpods in, really not appropriate when on staff. one i can understand but two is just……disrespectful. he had a very bland feel, bad customer service. nothing bad to say about the girl, she was nice.
Anyone know why it’s closing after 38 years?
I'm always impressed when I see an open baskin-robbins. The ice cream must be good because it looks like a chore to go eat there, by which I mean it looks more like a coin laundrymat than a happy ice cream parlor.
Love this local ice cream store. I think it's the best tasting ice cream in town.

Awful. Get here at noon to get a cake and note says out of service 15-20 min. 31 minutes later still waiting for them to open. This is rediculous and it’s a hot day too.

While waiting for my order on 6.24.21 at 940pm one of your employees with short bleached hair said a quite rude comment about how tired I looked. I think it was a poor attempt at humor for her co workers but myself and husband were quite taken back. My husband said wow that was shady and the lady said just saying.. Quickly after the lady said that, the one scooping for us turned around and whispered to another coworker and it then got really quiet and awkward... At first our visit was quite nice from one of the ladies making small chat about her favorite flavors, it's unfortunate the others destroyed that. We almost went to Fred meyers instead but thought to help support a smaller business... Life has been rough for everyone right now, saying anything about that doesn't show the greatest grasp of customer service. The team there needs a lot of customer service training. To turn around and whisper infront of customers is absurd, obviously whatever is being said be it about work or the customers should wait, since you know not to say it aloud.. That sets a horrible perception... We will not be returning and neither will our friends.
Staff was very helpful. Answered all my questions. I was able to get what I needed quickly.
