This is probably my favorite food truck in Portland bar none. The food is incredibly well done. It looks simple but behind the simplicity there is an incredible depth of flavor. The owners are awesome. Can't decide? They will give you some samples and tell you more about the cuisine. Must visit for me
Delicious and amazing! I didn't know how much I needed lentil curry in my life until I tried it here at Bake on the Run. The curry has so much flavor packed in and was really great with a bake for dipping. I also tried the Aloo which was great as well. So glad I decided to eat here.

There are no words to describe how delicious this food was, and we inhaled it too fast to take a picture! The salfish bake was something I never new I needed in my life, and I could eat that and the chana aloo bake EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY LIFE! With or without the amazing homemade hot sauce, of course:) Everything was hot and fresh, and the staff are fantastic. I believe this is one of my favorite food carts of all time.
Must try food truck. I ate with a small group and we got chicken curry and a few bakes. The curry was very good, but I think the bakes are the best thing there. The food is seasoned and cooked incredibly! They serve their food with a killer Caribbean hot sauce.Service was fantastic, the people working in the pod are really nice.

Some of the best dahl I’ve had, the garlic comes through nicely. Huge portions. Vegan friendly. Most unique items are the bakes (like a deep fried bread pocket that you put your curry in) and the “bake bomb” desserts filled with hot melted chocolate and covered in powdered sugar. Definitely coming back. They also have a good house made spicy pepper sauce.
