Got takeout last week. We went as a bit of a compromise and they were a great crossover. I got teriyaki, my brother got a burger. Both dishes were very good! If I had to make one criticism of the teriyaki, it's that it didn't have enough sauce or it all ended up in the rice underneath, but I see an option for additional sauce on their menu as a free option, so I will definitely add that next time.The biggest challenge was finding parking, but that's a common issue of the area.
I usually go to the Woodstock one, but tonight I decided to switch it up. Very disappointed with the burnside location. I ordered delivery and our teriyaki chicken had zero sauce and was sooo burnt. My plate had pieces of chopped up bone. So upsetting to get home with my food and realize that I’m stuck with expensive burnt dry chicken ? ps if you go to pick up your food and the restaurant is filled with smoke check your chicken
This place is in a league of it's own. They've got half a dozen different entrees for the plate lunch, every one flavorful, distinct, and served at a perfect texture. It's delicious eating in a chill space with a quiet and casual atmosphere.

WOW! Brings us right back to Maui. The best loco Moco we've had on the mainland. Ground beef patty was perfectly crisp outside and juicy inside. Full of flavor. Gravy was fantastic. Teriyaki sauce and the grilled chicken thighs were just scrumptious. New favorite Hawaiian food for sure in PNW.

Whenever my partner and I can’t decide what to eat (which is often) this is our go to! Rad chicken and tofu, the Mac salad is incredible, I want to learn how to make it!
