The service in the very beginning needs some work we all sat there a long time with nothing to drink and we ended up getting our appatizers with our dinner instead of before.A little pricey but not to bad. Good food although I feel the portions are kinda small for the price they charge. They do make one hell of a good drink though.
Me and my girlfriend came here on sunday night after I had worked a 15 hour day. All I was craving was cheap drinks and wings. Not gonna lie they hit the spot. Our server was FANTASTIC I didn't catch his name but this man needs a raise! He was quick with the drinks, very friendly, and helpful with menu questions. I feel like at Applebee's some times it can be really hit and miss, but this experience was definitely a hit. Shout-out to that guy for doing a great job and making me feel welcome, and not judging me for knocking back a couple 3 dollar fireball shots. The food was quick and pretty tasty. If I'm ever back in the area and need a cheap eat and a few solid cocktails I will definitely return.
I take my 95 year old friend there for lunch on occasion. Food has been above average. Service has been great. My friend gets a French dip sandwich and I have had a couple of their various salads. Prices are fair, as I have spent much more at boutique places for the same meals.
We first were seated and given menus. Then ignored for about 30 minutes before we got the attention of an employee, who then took our order, and acknowledged we didn't have waters or silverware. After taking our order back we received our drinks and it seemed like we were on track for a moment. After some time 4 out of the 5 meals were brought to the table. We then requested silverware and about 10 minutes went by of us just looking at the food and not having utensils to eat before one of the staff asked if everything was OK. We pointed out we had no silverware and 1 meal was missing. It was some time before the last meal and silverware were brought out to us. The food wasn't bad for being cold but the service in our section was not good.
Doesn’t look like my donuts were powdered.. pretty disappointing When I opened them up and didn’t see what I was expecting per advertised.
They say that if it's not the food it's the service that can make your evening the most pleasant.Tonight our server was incredible, very intuitive, very polite, she knew exactly what we wanted and she brought it without hesitation.Very helpful on what we should order with her recommendations.In short a wonderful experience, we'll be back and we hope it's on the same night that she's working.
The boneless wings were well cooked. I ordered the extra spicy wings and the parmesan chicken wings. The spicy wings weren’t even that spicy to be honest needed more seasoning. However the parmesan was a little better. The mozzarella sticks were good.To end my note I’ll say that the restaurant hospitality was awesome.
This is sad.. I missing the fries!! And after I broke in to the chicken it was pink not even cooked all the way!! Do not recommend this place absolutely horrible the whole meal was messed up..
I ordered medium well done steak 8oz and got a medium rare steak. I also ordered bone in parmesan wings and got bone out and made me late for my appointment. I Asked for a refund and they insisted on giving me the wings. The wings were over cooked and shrivelled. This is the second time they messed up my order in the last 3 days.The wings are on the dry side.
Called to ask a single question, the man who answered the phone (I called at about 12 pm) was so rude! I asked about vaccinations so I wouldn’t disrupt service coming without my card and I was in the middle of saying “thank you that’s it, have a good day!” And he cut me off, said “YEP” and hung up before I could finish talking. It’s just One of those things where it’s truly not hard to practice good customer service, even if it’s robotic.
