Good price first of all… but I just can’t get over how dirty the place looks. I’m scared to see the kitchen. Also service isn’t very well, the old man gets snappy. I really don’t know how they let the place look that bad. I got served old tater tots and threw them away… I literally seen molding lettuce under a table… can’t and won’t do it again.Fox12 needs to bring back DirtyDining for this spot ?
It's a old roakes with the old roakes menu they have the wimpy burger that I ? which is my main reason for going it comes on a 6 or 7 inch bun w/lettuce tomato pickle mayo ketchup and your choice w/ or w/o cheese a order of fries drink sold separately but well worth it fairly inexpensive has the old drive threw feel and excellent cooks customer service could use improvement and staff doesn't seem very happy.
Adorable little greasy spoon/old school diner spot specializing in burgers & fries. We each got a different burger and they were all delicious. I liked the curly fries better than the regular fries but everyone I was with liked them both the same. The onion rings were crunchy and tasty. The best part about this place is the price! Lunch for three of us was less than $25 which is cheaper than some drive thru fast food!I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven’t been here before!
These folks can cook a burger! We had a deluxe and a double which both came out great. I wish I'd taken a picture, but once we started in on them, both burgers were gone in a flash. The onion rings were crispy and delicious, and the malts nostalgic. I'll definitely be back.
Local family owned place with good prices and good food. Chicken strips were surprisingly good, same with the burger although I do wish they used a different bun it was otherwise excellent.
I’ve never been here before and asked what people ordered most or what was best and was just told to look at the menu myself from the kid behind the counter who already looked miserable. The place itself appeared clean enough for me if I were to eat in but is very run down looking on the outside and not in a friendly area. My Little John burger was surprisingly very good for the lower price and came out hot and fresh. My fries were absolutely pathetic, limp as can be and somehow had less flavor than a regular raw potato, not even salt! My chocolate shake was nothing to recommend, go anywhere else for a shake but like I said 2 stars for a hot decent burger for a low price. Most likely not going to bother going back.
Foods gr8! The cleaniness they Definitely need to Work On but I will go back there to eat probably just order Pick up an not stay inside to eat...
Been eating here for years. Family owned. Reasonably priced and delicious. Service with a smile.
This has been a staple burger joint in this part of the city for many years. Decided to give it a try after over twenty years. It was good back in the day. These days the food is ok and the drive through is sketchy. I would rather eat here than some corporate fast food garbage any day but would love to see them return to their former glory. Get the farmer John burger for sure.
Delicious hamburgers and fries! We love supporting the smaller local businesses. Annie's never disappoints!
