We ended up here due to a spur of the moment, last minute venue change for a band we wanted to see, and were so pleased with the experience. The atmosphere is super fun and inclusive, the staff are lovely, and the food and drinks we had were delicious. We had the chips and guacamole and they were very tasty and fresh. Of the drinks I had, I'd say the Kyoto mule was my favorite. The venue area is quite cozy and made for a fun show. There is also a good-sized patio area that I heard was dog friendly. Lots of parking options on the side streets as well. We would definitely go again.
With an outdoor patio that'll make even the most suburban homeowner jealous, there's nothing negative I can possibly say about the Alberta Street Pub. The food is fantastic, the drinks are great and I have at least 70% recall of the good memories I've had here. Whether you're here for a date, or just drinks with friends (highly recommend the latter), you're gonna have a good time - I promise.
This Place has really turned around since new ownership came in. Great music, Strong drinks, Smiling faces, and people just having a good time. Dogs allowed on the patio is a +++. Keep up the good work and I will be back for moreof the good vibes!
Atmosphere is great, saw show here in the middle of the week, plenty of people showed up and it was great. Typical bar food.
My band MEEEB played a show at this awesome venue! Regularly has a great crowd, friendly staff, and a soundman you can always count on as a performing musician and as a listening patron.
Monday night karaoke with Atlas makes me wish Tuesday wasn't a work day. I'd go every week. Live music in a cozy spot. Easy to get to location, good drinks, and some veggie food options. No issues calling to close out my tab when I got home and had forgotten to.
Alberta St. Pub is quickly becoming my favorite bar on Alberta. It has ample seating (especially outdoors) and a fantastic tap selection. Bartenders the last two times I've visited have been really friendly and welcoming. It's settling into a perfect neighborhood bar. They have a stage for live music and other events.
I went here last night for the first time for a Bandulus show and I was pleasantly surprised by this intimate venue. For starters, they had a great beer, cider and wine selection, attentive staff and easy tab creation that even included adding your cover charge to your tab making the whole experience simple and easy. I loved their outdoor patio and the flow of the entire space. The sound was also great for such a small room. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Had a great burger and saw a folk music show. Sound was great and burger was great too!Nice music room with an intimate setting.
Went here on a Thursday night as a live show was about to start so the crowd wasn’t the vibe I was expecting. The bar staff weren’t super friendly either but maybe cause they were having to deal with the crowd? Food was really good and beer selection was great with lots of local Portland beers. We’ll be back but at least now we can set our expectations or check the calendar of events accordingly.
