We went for our second time at Aladdin's Cafe, a Mediterranean restaurant (so, yes, it's many different countries' food!), and again enjoyed the hummus and bread (and our server brought us more bread without our even asking!) as well as our entrees of lamb kabobs for me and beef kabobs for husband. Everything tasted very good and we will be back soon! The baklava is a most delicious treat to have for dessert, and we once again indulged in enjoying a large piece of that! We like the people who own this restaurant and found out more about their background while talking to one of the owners. Very nice people and I wish them a LOT of success as we want to come back lots of times in the future!!

What a special experience! Lovely venue with a menus rich in cultural heritage goodness. Exquisite in flavor combinations that enhances the dining experience for a moment of Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality.

My taste buds are going bonkers. The shrimp kabob was awesome. Piping hot and soft pita bread. Hummus was super good. I don't have a single negative thing to say. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks for the free date cookie. Never had one before and loved it!

Oh my lanta! For starters the Rose Tea smells and taste like something out of this world. The food is all hand made, EVERYTHING. It’s the best food I may have ever eaten. A must try!

I was there while picking up an order and I saw personally how they treat their workers in the kitchen. Someone was picking up a to go order and then came back because 2 items were missing. Well it’s the hosts job to check to make sure everything she bagged up was there, not the fault of a kitchen worker who by the way the item was not in their kitchen. It was where only the host could access. You should treat workers with respect. They are working for you and need to feel appreciated as well. Other than that, I hope this place has good food. The guy working there was nice and did check my order to make sure it was all there, but I’m referring to a rude lady that works there… learn to treat people right.

I'm just going to say it: This is the best falafel in town. It's our neighborhood restaurant but worth a commute if you don't love nearby. Very good, mellow vibes. Lots of outdoor seating. Great vegan options.

Where to begin? All the food was super delicious and flavorful! Try the Falafel fries, they are really good. The lamb shawarma and gyro rice bowls were delicious. And do not skip on dessert! The baklava and cardamom pistachio ice cream are amazing! The prices were very reasonable as well. We ordered tea, the Falafel fries, two meals, & two desserts for ~$50.

1st day of Ramadan so we did not feel like cooking, found this place, amazing is an understatement! Chef Brought out some dates and yogurt to break the fast, then was treated to our dinners. Ordered the mixed grill, delicious! Same with the kafta kabob Plate. Thank you and the chef for the hospitality. Definitely recommend this oasis.

Wonderful find in an out of the way place in Portland. Highly recommend. Food was fantastic, hosts were great! I loved the way the spices and seasonings made the meal pop. We sat outdoors on a wonderful PNW evening. Not too busy for a Sunday night!

Very good food, reasonable prices, great service. Place was not crowded at all. I had a lamb rice bowl and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day.
