Asked for a lamb gyro without tzatziki. Got back to my hotel room to find it drowned in tzatziki.Also the "lamb" looked nothing like in the picture - not sliced off a rotisserie but uniform slabs cooked from frozen.Anyway, my wife ate the gyro (without the "lamb") and said it was delicious, which is the only thing that resurrects this from being a 1* review.
I arrived late to Portland and wanted to grab something to eat. Decided to stroll around the food cart area in the downtown area. Found this awesome place and ordered a triple meat platter. Amazing portion for the price - awesome quality as well.
This is one of the food trucks lined up on SW 3rd street. Chose this between bunch of mexican and indian food trucks. I got the chicken wrap. It was a pretty elaborate and nice setup and very filling.The chicken was nice and tender and the sauces made this even more tasty. Some other friends got the combo with fries and it was great as well. Overall a good place to try out.
I actually deliver food from these guys. It's always freshly made in time, very popular great food. Reasonably priced. I love watching these guys work- they're always upbeat and working great together. I feel that is very important for food being prepared by positive happy people. It's much healthier! Nice job guys!
I eat here every single time I go to Portland.It is always amazing.This most recent time was different.I started eating it about an hour after it was purchased. It was absolutely amazing. The pita was a soft, garlicky pillow of deliciousness.The innards were also spectacular, but damn.That pita was probably the best yeast baby I have ever consumed in my life.Don't forget to ask for feta. People deserve to know.
We stayed in a 5 star hotel, visited a spa and ate 14 stories high in a luxury dining restaurant, BUT THIS CHICKEN SHAWARMA IS STILL THE BEST PART OF MY WHOLE VACATION! I'll go back just for this chicken shawarma! I could live off of the quality of food served not to mention the dedication of hours they are open!! Best food cart in PDX!!! Highly Recommend!!!
If you are looking for an amazing Gyro in Portland, LOOK NO FURTHER. I had their lamb gyro and enjoyed it immensely. Super fast service, quality food, and great location next to the fire.
Lamb was so soft and flavourful. I really enjoyed the hummus and the spicy red sauce. Great late night spot and it was pretty busy too for 1:30 AM.

Wow this place was delightful!! So flavorful and not to mention the people running it absolutely put their heart & soul into it. Very glad the man flagged me to try his chicken. It was worth not going with my initial dinner choice!!
